Our Devanti Rangehood model comes with ducted installation, with all the accessories included to install it. There is a helpful user manual guide to help you with installing the rangehood when you purchase our Devanti rangehood models.

There are drillings involved with the installation, but there is no complex wiring needed. We do advise to ask a technician’s help if it will make the installation process easier.

The spare parts such as filters and bulbs for our rangehoods could only be sourced from us as they are specifically made. We are happy to advise you that we would be selling the filters online soon.
Please also be assured that if the bulbs are faulty, please do contact the seller about it, we would arrange the best resolution for you!

As our rangehood is produced for ducted installation with accessories included, hence the charcoal filter wasn't included. It is our lack of consideration that we did not state the dimensions of the charcoal filters. We will improve the manual's content where needed.

May I please know your full name and delivery address (Please PM me your details)? And which website did you purchase it from? Usually our reseller would contact us for parts purchase as it is not stock in their warehouse. We will confirm your rangehood model and organise the purchase of charcoal filter with you.

High: 73db; Medium: 70db; Low: 65db

Motor type is capacitor.

For the dimensions of the rangehood and type of installation are stated in the listings. If you have further enquiries of the specific model, please do email Customer Support of the website. It'll be easier to identify which model to answer your queries.

It's usually a ducted range hood that goes to the top. For further confirmation, can you please message the Customer Support of the website that you're planning to purchase the rangehood from? They'll be able to assist you and send you a copy of the manual if needed.

Please go through the website/ app that you purchased the rangehood from. The seller will be able to assist you on purchasing the carbon filter kit as we do not sell them separately on the market.

Depending on which site/app, you'll find the order under Your Account menu and there's a Contact Seller/ Send Message section. That way, the seller can verify your model through your account and will be quicker in assistance.

I've confirmed with our Purchase Team - Our rangehoods are mainly for ducted installation. For recirculating mode, we do sell their carbon filter kit through Customer Support as we do not sell them separately on the market.

Can I please confirm which website/ app are you planning to purchase it from? As you can send a Support Message through that site/ app for the seller to confirm the availability of the filter with you.

Do you mind me asking if your current filter is damaged or you need a spare filter?

As they are dishwasher safe, you can put them in your dishwasher for a thorough clean after using for few weeks.

Unfortunately, we do not stock filters in retail store as we are solely online based company. We can offer a replacement to deliver to you if your filter is damaged.

To initiate a replacement process, you can go into your eBay account, go into the transaction detail, click into Contact Seller option to send us a message regarding of the filter issue. This way, we can locate your order and details right away.

Thank you for clarifying. Apologies that I misunderstood your statement earlier on.

I'm looking at the user manual for this model - RH-C-60-TWA04, Charcoal Filter and Wall or Roof Cap are Optional. As customer can choose between Ducted mode or Recirculation mode, we do not include the Charcoal Filter as it might be a waste if customer do not use it. Hence, we do not stock this filter in-house for this reason. There are several options available in Bunnings for Recirculation Mode installation rangehood.
