I have had Dimplex products in the past that have been of great quality. This heater is great for a small study, but isn't quite enough for a living room, even a smaller one. From even half a metre away, you aren't really able to feel the heat at all. The other functions are great (motion detection, remote control, auto temperature modification etc.) However, the most fundamental function of heating is really lacking, especially from a 2kw heater.
