Broken down after 19 months
This machine was life-changing, until it would no longer respond after 19 months. Lights flashing, offline and unable to reset. The bot now cannot be used. Dreame customer service wants $99 to even look at it. Yes, the warranty is 12 months, but under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have a right to expect a reasonably durable product. An $800 vacuum cleaner that doesn't work after 19 months is not reasonably durable. Warranties don't waive these rights under Australian Consumer Law, despite what Dreame say.
Dreame are not interested, and their customer service via email is very difficult to deal with. Do not buy Dreame products if you want something that lasts.

Poor Quality! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I bought this product less than 2 years ago and had to replace it once just 2 months after purchase. It's again not working and after sending emails, videos, and filling in a lot of information, the advice was to pay 99 dollars for them to assess the product and come up with extra fees to repair it. I paid more than 600AUD for a product that didn't last more than 2 years. For that same price or even less, you can have much better quality!

I love this vac. Does a great job with our pets. Can increase suction on carpet where the most fur is. We don’t use the mop function but the vac itself is a life saver. Highly recommended. I have got my mates to buy the same one so we can buy bulk filters.

Best money I have spent in a long time. Very impressed with the mapping. We have a step down lounge room and it navigates the drop very well. Hasnt fallen over the edge. I only have hard floors with some small mats. Impressed with what it picks up. Manoeuvres around table and chairs very well.Mopping also works well. Love how it goes under beds. I couldn't be happier.

It was with trepidation I purchased it, but I am delighted I did! Works so well on my hard floors and gives an extra power boost when it detects carpet. The mopping feature is basically a damp cloth wipe but generally that’s all my floors require.

Great to keep floors acceptably clean
Quiet, and faster than older models. Obviously, not as good as manual vacuum cleaning or mopping. Great at maintaining the floor when I am busy with work. I am happy with the purchase. Also got a good price.

Poor product and poor customer service
Bought the Dreame Bot L10 Pro, have not have any success with a proper clean since I got this. Robot bumps into everything and kept showing laser distance sensor error. Customer service was active initially and suddenly no response for more than 1 week. Live chat or support line does not work and ask you to email.
Do not waste your money!

I've had this for two weeks and love it. It does a great job and I'm surprised at how much fluff etc it picks up. Running it everyday. I don't have wifi but don't have a problem with running it. It is very good at mapping and not falling down my step down lounge. I have not mopped with it as yet. It goes around obstacles very well. I do not have any carpet only a couple of small mats which it manoeuvres well. It's easy to clean a d I couldn't be happier. Also I have a dog that drops a lot of hair which is not an issue for tis robot. It is also very quiet.

Chinese app not supporting that brand any more, also unable to log into the Australian app either - however persistence pays and I did coax an app into use (China one) - and it was so worth the hassle - the machine is fantastic and with laminate floors, it is my new and very best friend. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Have been running the Dreame Bot nearly every day since purchase. Does a great job of vacuuming up pet hair and dust.
We have hard floors through the house and it used to take a lot of time to vacuum once a week. Now we just send the Bot to vacuum different rooms as needed and we can get on with other tasks.
The mapping and object detection works very well.

What absolute godsend
Was easy to set up and had been easy to operate so far. The app is great. The only downfall is that the mop doesn’t really clean as well as I’d hoped.

One of the Best
Easy to use, clean and control. Set it off and it does the rest. Best outcome would be to get all obstacle to ensure you get the best clean. The mop function is very good. Tough dirt still require the human touch. The longest clean with strong power was 80 mins. It can even sense stairs and avoid going over it. The mirror is tricky, it try to map the mirror image of the room but its OK, the sensor prevents it from ever hitting it.

No post purchase support even under warranty
We purchased L10 Pro in Jan’23. The wheels have been making a squeaky noise when they turn. I have logged 2 calls but no response. Post purchase support is not good even when the product is under warranty. The noise has now increased to a point that it can be heard from a different room.

Has anyone had any luck resetting once it goes off line ? Please don’t tell me to email customer support as there is none - may as well ask a bot. I have done all the things in the FAQs, deleted app etc but no luck

I have an L10 pro and I love it.
But in the app I don't understand why you can't set the cleaning 2x in scheduled mode or in all mode. It is only possible if you choose room by room. Am I seeing well? It doesn't look normal to me.
