Recently purchased a DVD box set from DVD Land and found the whole experience easy and pleasant. From finding the set I was looking for to payment was easy and delivery fast. Very pleased and will shop here again.

I ordered two dvd's months ago, but a few weeks apart and have NOT seen either of them and frankly don't expect to. So far as I'm concerned this business is little more than a scam. The dvd's I ordered were not cheap. My last email was not answered. Never again!

Bought a yoga DVD and the product was really want I wanted . The DVD arrived within a couple of days and in perfect condition and it is Australian owned . Very happy with the service .

This company was able to provide me with DVDs I couldn't find anywhere else. I ordered and paid for the goods on a Sunday afternoon at 4:21pm so that the order could be actioned on Monday. I got this email at 8:22 on Sunday evening: "The status of order #xxxxxxx is now Shipped " (I've x'ed out the order number). The goods had arrived at my PO Box in Far North Queensland a couple of days later. Now THAT'S efficiency!

I can unequivocally recommend them. I recently placed an order for a DVD which was delivered promptly and also for one which was no longer available. I ordered Heartland season 12 before release it cost me $60.00 AUS and not received the DVD yet.i have not had any communication about when the DVD will be released or any back date relaease

I ordered a dvd to be sent Express Post and forgot about the Easter and Anzac holidays. Still, I got exactly what I wanted and it arrived eight days after the order was made. Cannot complain about that given the shut down of the postal service over the holiday and will definitely be making more purchases

4months of constant emails to and fro, after sending back my DVD as it was the wrong season I am now out of pocket and have no DVD! I have never been so frustrated with anyone as I have with DVD land.
They need a lesson in customer service as they like to blame the customer for everything! I will never deal with this business ever again!!!!

As a first time buyer, I ordered on a Friday and the product was delivered on the Tuesday. Both DVDs were were of excellent quality. Come on Australia, lets back our local companies. I recommend this site.
