Fan dead on arrival
Ordered the AM07 pure cool fan which showed an error message since the fist time I plugged it in. Dyson took over 2 weeks to sort this out with several phone calls to their customer centre. One broken promise after another. Pretty poor experience after paying 400+ for a fan.

Ridiculous Dyson Purchase Online Service
On Black Friday, I ordered a Dyson Airwrap online on dyson.com.au at a discounted price, I did receive a confirmation of order straight away. After one week, the amount is on pending in my bank account so I called Dyson Customer Service, they said the payment was declined but the amount in the my bank account is completely enough for paying that, why it was declined??? End up I have to call them again and asking the same thing, they said if the first payment was declined, then it won't be success for second time. This is ridiculous experience for purchase online, I can buy it through sephora, david jones, myer, but please do not buy from their website. Rubbish Customer Service. Won't be buying your products again.
I ordered a replacement battery for our DC45 on 29/11/19.
I noticed there was no AusPost tracking number on the Order verification email but let it slide.
A week later the battery still hadn't arrived so I called Customer Care. I gave the girl the Dyson reference number but she said that without an AusPost tracking number she couldn't tell me where the item was.
She said she would check & get back to me.
I waited 24 hrs & called again (on 9/12/19). This time the consultant ([name removed]) assured me that it would be delivered by the next day ...Read more
at the latest. Today I received an email for a new Order. Worried I was going to get billed again I called Customer Service, only to be now advised that a new Order had been raised because "Australia Post has stuffed up" and that I would have to wait a further 7-10 days for a replacement battery. By the time we (hopefully) get the replacement battery we'll have been without a vacuum cleaner nearly a month. Trying to figure out whether this was just a local problem I checked out some UK reviews of Dyson and it seems this fish stinks from the head; the UK feedback was just as bad if not worse; both the quality / reliability of their machines & Customer Service seem to have fallen off a cliff recently. If any of Dyson's management are engaged enough to be reading these reviews then please take heed; this is how companies fail, as I for one won't be buying your machines any more.

Great After Sales Customer Service
Wonderful to use, but my V8 Absolute stick vacuum cleaner stopped working recently only one year after purchase. The customer service centre were fantastic and it was determined that it could be the battery and a new one was promptly sent out. This did not work and I was then sent a replacement main body part, which arrived four days after I called. My vacuum cleaner is now working well. I can't praise the staff from the customer service centre enough. They were amazing and so helpful and friendly.

Dyson Air Purifier - can't do the job it advertises
Purchased this product and it worked fine for gases initially but couldn't detect dust. Then some months later, it couldn't purify gasses anymore (however, it did detect them). I sent it in for repair and the "technician" tested the product by taking pictures of it with another machine while in operation and said it wasn't faulty. SHOCKED!!! Let me turn on two phones and take pictures to say that they both work the same, and NOT run any diagnostic checks at all. My product does not show up under the My Machine - Poor Customer Service
Have tried registering my V8+ Absolute twice, once on 18/11/19 and then again on 19/11/19 when my machine did not show up despite me registering the same. I tried contacting customer service and for some weird reason, they claimed that my phone number/email id did not match the details on the registration form. I have again checked and find all my details available and up to date. Looks like Dyson Australia either have a problem with their registration update or poor customer service personnel, as the issue should have been resolved for me over phone, especially considering that I need to exercise my warranty for a battery replacement. Would think twice before buying anymore Dyson products nor when recommending this brand to anyone.

Horrible Treatment of Customers
Here's my latest experience with Dyson.
I canceled an existing order and reordered the same product in a different color, double verified with the Customer Care team that the first order was indeed canceled and I wouldn't be charged twice.
Here's the result, They sent me both orders, basically sending me a product which I did not order, charged me double, and requested my personal bank statement to prove they charged my account. They then made me post the canceled order item back to them and made me wait another 3 weeks before they would refund the money back into my account.

Our family purchased a Dyson V7 vacuum about 6 months ago and have very much enjoyed its power and cleaning performance.
A couple of weeks ago an object accidentally dropped on the V7 wand and caused it to bend.
I reached out to Dyson Customer Care to order a replacement part. They were very quick to respond and indicated that they could organise the part to be sent to me if I sent them a postal address and model serial number.

not happy with customer service
my recharger wasn't working fine still under warranty sent me a new one 7 days later arrived they sent me the wrong so now they will replace the whole motor, as the recharger pushed the silver pin down the whole problem is I have to wait another 5to7 day not good enough, Australia Post is used for parcels, it should be sent express delivery, as it was the customer service dept fault, why should I have to suffer

I love Dyson products
I am constantly surprised by the quality of Dyson products (Except their stick vacuums)
I have many Dyson product including a fan, corded Vacuum cleaner and air conditioner. All have lasted and given a tremendous performance for many years.

I so wanted to give Dyson 1 star
For years I laughed at the sheeple that obsessed over their silly colourful Dyson vacuum cleaners. It looked to be the same crop that religiously bought Apple products or only cooked in a Thermomix. Honestly how good could they actually be? I knew there would be trouble when the mother in law started showing off her new V11 to my wife. Three times I went to Harvey Norman before I just bit the bullet and bought one. I wanted to hate it. I now hate how easily I fell in love with it. Honestly it took minutes. I'm not a clean person but every inch of our house is now spotless. There was excitement every time I found a new patch to use it on. I genuinely have a blistered trigger finger. I have joined the church of Dyson.

Can't speak highly enough of Dyson's after sales service. We had an issue with a stick vacuum. Dyson sent replacement parts free of charge & within 5 days of calling. Perfectly after sales service.

Peace of mind - Dyson Vacuum
Dyson is a premium product, premium pricing, my product did fail on me around the warranty period, but when I called Dyson, customer service quite helpful with it, and gave me peace of mind with the Vacuum. I also have their hair dryer which is good.

Amazing Service!
I have recently had trouble with my Dyson Animal. I called the service centre and got the friendliest, most helpful people who went out of their way to help me. In the end I needed to send the whole machine back and they replaced the machine which I received three days later by courier. I have had amazing service - thank you Dyson for making my life easier!!

Beware of Lifetime Filter Warranties
Back in 2006, I purchased a Dyson DC08 Turbine vacuum cleaner. I loved this machine and still do. It is the most effective vacuum I have ever bought. A couple of year ago, I purchased both a cordless and another barrel - both Dyson. I don't know what has happened at Dyson, but the newer models, which one would expect to be improved, are useless. The actual vacuum appears to work well, but there is no real way of ascertaining this as the tools are so appalling. or. They don't pick it up. Every square metre, I have to remove the tool and vacuum it before putting it back on and then continuing. I gave up and gave the vacuums away to some poor unsuspecting relative and went back to my trusty old DC08. Unfortunately, after 13 years, the filter (with a lifetime warranty) is looking a little worse for wear. I have, today, contacted Dyson to see where I could get another. I was advised they no longer manufacture these filters. I asked about the lifetime warranty and this is what I was told ... "the filters do not come with a lifetime warranty unfortunately as they are a consumable item" I questioned this as the box clearly states 'DC08 lifetime filter' and then I was informed ... "The filter is meant to last a lifetime depending on how you maintain it and how you use the machine as well" I explained to the customer service representative that the machine has been well looked after and I purchased a second filter at the time that I purchased the machine so that I could wash them regularly. She just reiterated that "The filter is meant to last a lifetime depending on how you maintain it and how you use the machine as well" and told me that they no longer manufacture the filters. Basically, it's tough luck! There was no other offer of assistance, other than a discount on a new Dyson. I won't be buying a new Dyson vacuum, hair dryer, fan or any other product they manufacture as it seems that parts will be unavailable when needed and in Dyson World, that means tough luck lady!Similar opinion? Love my cordless vac and the service is fantastic.
It’s a shame to see so many poor ratings for Dyson on here. I’ve owned my cordless vac for about 5yrs now. Only once it stopped charging and they sent me a new charger straight away for no charge which fixed the issue. The service rep was super friendly and helpful, and I love getting the email reminders about washing the filter. I’m now eyeing up the Airwrap... hmm!

Had cool fan that failed completely and dyson customer service was asking absurd questions what is the fault codes etc ...It would seem they are just making it impossible to do warranty claim.

What is the point of saying to register your machine online when it clearly doesn’t work...have tried on several occasions and checked the serial number each time but it says it’s an invalid seri al number ..we bought a V7 stick vacuum from Aldi in Kingaroy on the 19/12/2019...serial number as I am reading it now is G3B-AU-MJR7927A.....can you help ???

We have 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners a sv03 and dc59, we charge them both for up to 24nours and then when we go to use iboth last 1 minute and cut off .this is the second time I have submitted the same complaint but have not received a reply .
