I've never used a conveyancing agent before but I was really impressed by how professional and courteous East Coast Conveyancing in Bairnsdale are.
What did they do well? They explained everything in terms I could understand. They seemed to have all day to spend with me if I'd needed it. They were really friendly and very polite. They kept me informed the whole time and contacted me every time there was something to report. On settlement day, they contacted me to remind me it was happening (no, I hadn't forgotten!) and tell me about a minor change to details. Then they 'phoned me when the sale had gone through.
What did they do badly? Nothing.
They made the whole business of selling a house stress free. A very nice group of people.

I couldn't believe how helpful and reasonable these people were when I sold a house in Melbourne. Two banks and the purchaser's conveyancer did their best to make the sale of the house difficult yet the people at Eastcoast worked absolutely on doing the job for me and after all the problems, still didn't charge me extra. So if I ever buy or sell another house, I won't look elsewhere.
