Good design but unreliable
I bought mine 18 months ago for its rotary pump and steel boiler. After a month vacuum valve had to be replaced. Then the solenoid broke down 5months after one year warranty expired. The e61 head keeps giving squeaky noise regardless of the service. For such a money spent I expect a better made machine.money

Espresso Heaven!!!
Bought 4 months ago and extremely happy with the machine and also the wonderful service from Di Pacci Coffee Company in Sydney.
I wanted the option of running off the inbuilt tank or being plumbed in which enables pre-infusion.
It’s a heat exchanger machine with PID display to adjust boiler temperature, cleaning function and eco mode.
It heats up within 30mins altough I do have it plugged into a wireless enabled network plug and have it scheduled to turn on 30mins before I get up ⬆️ n the morning, so it’s good to go!!

... Read mored the steam is pretty darn good, around 20 secs to steam one cup. Plenty of steam for 2 cups too. I can rest the milk jug on the drip tray and then clean up the portafilter and group head.... great for the workflow!Details
