These guys were well organised, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommended them to anyone looking for a good quality rental at reasonable rates. Stare clear of other rental companies that call you back offering special deals after you have submitted a quite request.

Great rates. Great service, and no extra fees or sneaky add-ons. Convenient location at the airport and the friendly service makes everybooking easy. Will definitely use them again. We were unfortunately rear-ended 10mins after pickup and they were fantastic. First concern was for our welfare, then a chageover car was speedily arranged with little fuss.

These people are just lovely! Genuine and helpful! The rates were cheaper and the time it took to do the paperwork was a matter of minutes! The car was clean and had no problems. I did some slight damage which they fixed and sent me the bill for - it was very reasonable, and there was no fuss! I certainly recommend them, and I'll certainly be using them again!

These guys are great. The location is convenient, so you get lower rates than the big companies, and don't have to go out of your way to find them. They're in the parking lot of the airport. Ann-Marie was superb in giving me local knowledge and honest feedback about touristic things. Ian has gone beyond the call of duty to return my expensive sunglasses to me, that I left in the rental. Even so much as to offer shipping them to me in the US. Thanks!

We rented one of their cars over the Christmas period and they were nothing but helpful! I had some questions about their fleet and Ian was very patient in his replies. The whole pickup and return process were also quick and fuss free. When one of my family members left her phone in the car by accident, Ian did not hesitate to mail it back to us (in Singapore!) at the earliest, without even asking that we pay for postage. If this isn’t the best customer service anyone can ask for, I don’t know what is! Thank you so much again! My family and I will definitely rent from them again when we return to Gold Coast

Friendly informative booking done over the phone. On arrival, I found the staff friendly and the car was of good quality at an excellent price. Very good company not to be confused with Economy Car Rentals.

Upon pick up they were very nice and welcoming. Car was in good condition. As soon as we jumped in we noticed petrol was only 3/4 full, used for a week and everything was fine. We filled it up 3/4 the night before and once we returned they indicated it was meant to be full filled. Which is perfectly fine, but they kept saying it was full tank when we got it (but it wasn't) therefore they will be taking money out of our bank account for the 1/4 tank. Do not like the fact that they kept pressing it was 'full tank'. This is enough for us to rent from another car hire.

Two families hired a Tarago 8 seater on our arrival at 7am. A short stroll from the domestic terminal and our car was waiting. The correspondence from the office to myself was always immediate, we were very happy with the price and [Name removed] was very helpful. We couldn't fault the car and the service we received from Economy. No hidden costs. Well done guys, we will be passing on your name to our friends!

We hired a car for the long weekend. Everything was 100%, from the customer service (especially good), quality and cleanliness of the car, fitted baby seat and definitely the price!

Close to Gold Coast airport. Can walk from terminal if need be. But they will come and pick you up

We arrived an hour late at 9.30pm....[name removed] who owns this company waited and picked us up without any fuss from the arrival hall once we called him upon us clearing Customs, he then drove us over to his office nearby and did the paperwork in less than 10mins. All the time, he was cheerful and made us ( first time visitors to the Goldcoast) feel at ease with his humour and helpful pointers and easy conversation.

The car, a Magna was in great condition and we returned it 8 days later with sweet memories of our visit and hassle free transaction at this car rental company. I think the pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank u Ian and team for making this a great visit.

hired a car from them on the gold coast picked me up at the airport with in two minutes of phoning to say i was there. excess waiver fee was only $6 a day no hidden cost, car was clean, staff were good,cant ask for any more.
