A very convenient service

I did not know that this service existed. The smash repairer advised me to use Compass. I first could not believe that such a service existed. Anyway I called Compass and provided all the required details. Gave the place, date and time of pick up of a temporary replacement vehicle, a KIA Sportage. Everything was timely performed by Compass, also the return at the smash repairer when my car was ready to be picked up. I was so happy that I did not have to cancel a number of doctors visits.
Thank you guys at Compass, keep on doing a good job.

Second Time Around - Amazing

This is the second time we have needed Compass. The second time was more complex with the other driver uninsured, however undeterred the team went above and beyond to get me into a loan vehicle . I spoke with many people in Compass and communication was regular clear and correct at all times . Thank you to the great team .

Compass is crap guys. Do not spend you time on them. I had an accident and I did not get a hire car because the other party does not have insurance. Though I was not a fault still I would not get a hire car and they apologized. Absolutely do not recommend!!

I was involved in an MVA that was not my fault. I did not have comprehensive car insurance.i completed the online application with compass and received a vehicle the next business day. The car was in my persession for over three weeks.no outlay no cost to me. I was very pleased with the level of service from compass.

I was not at fault several times and this was the 1st time I used Compass. Similar type of car was provided with clear instructions. Charges for toll usage plus admin fee were reasonable. Happy with the service!

Brilliant service

My motorcycle was rear ended while I was sitting at a red light, so not at fault.
Repairs being covered by at faults insurance provider.
Compass organised a replacement bike for me in no time while my motorcycle was in for repairs.
Bike provided was in A1 condition and perfect for my daily commute.
Pretty easy process I thought!!

Surprised how good the service was!

Compass were surprisingly helpful, punctual, and pretty much excellent in every respect. I expected to at least have to do some of my own running around, but the Compass team sorted everything out from their end. Won't hesitate to use again if the need arises.
