The truck met my need. It was easy to handle with customer service girl. She was polite and nice. I found the booking easier.

It would have been nice if they include hand trolley for hire too. That would have made it complete.

I was helped by Lara at the Brisbane Airport office. She was amazing and absolutely deserves a raise. She is exactly who embodies the Aussie spirit. She helped me when I flew in to get a car to look after my mum who had cancer. She took care of everything and I didn't need to think. She gave me a great hire car and was so compassionate and sweet that she did everything she could to make sure my booking process would be as smooth as possible.
I was also lucky enough to see her when I dropped my car back today and she remembered me and asked about my mum. She is amazing.
All the staff at alpha car Brisbane airport have been amazing. They really care about what they do and whenever I fly back home I will always go for Alpha Car Hire!

Staff was very friendly..Got a little late before closure of the store but staff was calm & composed..Hired 8 Seater Van, not the best seats but OK for the price..

Excellent customer service. Specially 'Kelly' from Adelaide office is really helpful. All the members from Adelaide team are really good. I have been taking rental cars from them for last 3 years, I haven't faced any issues till now.

We've rented off them for the last two times & have found them to be straight forward, honest & easy to work with. Less corporate nonsense & more family owned businesses are the way forward.

Was an easy experience in and out swiftly with great service. No fuss booking and counter service. Moved my household items with ease and the tailgate loader was a life saver with the heavy loads.

Customer service was excellent
Payment was handled well, would only of liked to of been told of the bond total at the start.
The truck was a great size for moving a 3 bedroom house was done in 2 trips, with plenty of room in the second trip.

I rent a car long term and obviously dealt with other companies before I found Alpha and will not go elsewhere moving forward. As I had to exchange my car a couple of times the experience was really streamlined. I can only command the Alpha team, especially Lara.

Everything went smoothly apart from my bond not being released back to me until48 hours later. Terrence was quite helpful and was friendly and professional, only downside was drivers mirror would remain in its position.

Due to Coronavirus I had a major issue as I had collected a car in Tweed and the border had closed and I am living on the Gold Coast. The lady at the Southport office was extremely supportive helpful and reassuring got on the phone to Tweed and sorted out that I could drop the car there. Also no fee was applied, Ian not working so that meant I could buy food, I really appreciated the compassion and understanding. The customer service was excellent at a time where I really needed a bit of kindness.

The Ute we hired was a good price. It was clean & ready for collection when we arrived. The staff were very friendly & efficient both on pick up and drop off. Highly recommend this company.
