From start to finish the service and car was excellent. Very quick pick up from airport and pick up of car. On return same quick and efficient with that Ausdie charm.
We left our camera in car but were cantacted within half an hour allowing us to arrange pick up by friends.

Small car but it suited my needs. Clean and easy to drive around. Shuttle service was fantastic, easy to find at the airport and prompt. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will use again.

Right from the airport pick up it all went seamlessly. I chose to pay a little more for a lesser excess if anything did go wrong. The bond was just put on my credit card and was actually refunded before I landed back in New Zealand!. The staff were lovely and the car was modern and clean.
I'd highly recommend Alpha and will use them again!

I had to travel to Tweed Heads at short notice due to a serious illness in the family. I couldn't remember the PIN on my Credit Card when I got to Alpha. My excuse is that I'd only used it once previously but the reality is that I am a disorganized idiot.
The lady at Alpha very gently and kindly guided me through the process so I could eventually make the payment, pick up the car and be on my way.
The car was the one booked, it was a pleasure to drive and it enabled me to complete my business. Thank you Alpha.

Service was good, everything was as expected, location was good with a petrol station very close by, shuttle bus was quick and easy.I didn't need to print out the car voucher.

From the time of booking the management and staff were very helpful. Handover was quick and easy. No problem with the bond. We booked an SUV and that is exactly what we got. We needed room for 5 as there were 3 adults and 2 Aussie grandsons to transport around. The Car was perfect.
We will be returning to Brisbane at some point in the not too distant future and we will be sure to knock on Alpha Car Hire's door.
