Electrodry deliver everything they promise - can't fault their service. I really appreciated the confirmation email and the appointment kept on time. Very professional all round. I haven't had carpets professionally cleaned before and was amazed by how the carpets look fresh clean and new. Extremely happy client. Highly recommended. Will certainly return to Electrodry

Great service and a very good job

Electrodry carpet cleaning were punctual and did a great job. They were friendly and very helpful in suggesting a product that would assist with dog odour in the carpet. They didn't have the product with them at the time but returned the same day with a bottle of the product. Very helpful.
Did a great job on an old, stained carpet.

The professionalism and care taken by Electrodry in Canberra was excellent. We are very happy with the result and advice given upon inspection. the worst "service" in my life

ACT

First time they sent two young guys who quickly vacuum cleaned my $1000 matrass with a dirty floor vacuum cleaner (with the actual regular end that vacuums the floors), then they sprayed it with some powder from a little bottle. By the way they called me to ask me to come in the middle of the day as I am the last one and they want to finish earlier.
When I called Customer Support to complain, they said they would now send an experienced senior staff - the mattress was then cleaned with a steamer. My 1-year old mattress still had a smell from a

... Read more cat that had that one accident (that is why I called them). I called Customer Support and they said that the staff did not have an injection that was supposed to be injected into the mattress. So they arranged the third visit at the time that suited THEM. I called and spoke to Customer Support at the time when the third guy was supposed to arrive to inform that I have to go on a business trip - they said it was ok and they organised again the time.... Nevertheless they did not organise this fourth visit and they claimed that third time the injection was inserted into the mattress (when I called to enquire, with their cleaner beside me who did not want to not come at the canceled time) - if he inserted the syringe into the mattress, obviously into the wrong part of the mattress as the smell at that one spot did not disappear, I did not see it neither he did anything after using the injection (wasn't he supposed to then vaccum that substance from the mattress?). I guess if nothing else you learn all about the job when you are dealing with those who are doing 20% of the job.... and then claim they repeted 3 times their service. Time and money wasters, only working between 8 (when they feel like it) and 3:30, Saturdays never available. Engage into conversation about their families, "understanding your situation", very sleazy. Their "General Manager" forgot to call me about this case.
