Thank you so much to Pavlos who did an upholstery clean on our lounge suite today. We can not believe it looks as good as new, we are so happy with the result. Fantastic friendly service, thanks again Pavlos and Electrodry.

Our carpets were generally in a reasonable condition with some wear marks in the bedrooms. The pre-vacuum could have been a bit more thorough in some areas. We were hoping a number of areas would have come up better than they did. Probably not going to bother with the dry cleaning approach again - good that you can walk on them in a short period of time but overall result fell short of our expectations.

Did a terrible job.
The job was very very very rushed.
To top it off ripped the couch while cleaning. It’s been the biggest hassle trying to get something done about it. Will never use them again and will let everyone know to to use them. Horrible

We had a 2 seater sofa and 2 single seaters cleaned. I was very surprised at how clean they came out. One in particular was very dirty and looked almost new after the clean.

The 2 technicians were early, very professional, friendly and had great customer service skills. I was extremely happy with the job they did on the carpets and it didnt take long

The 2 young men were very polite and friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They made sure we were completely happy with the cleaning before they finished.

The call centre however gave me the wrong time that the carpet cleaner would arrive. Communication issues could be improved by firming up procedures.

I had a fall and bleed on my bedroom and sitting room, the young man that came and cleaned did an excellent job and the stains were removed and carpets looked great I was very impressed and pleased with Electrodry and there staff.

Had our carpets recently cleaned due to a death of a beloved pet. The care and compassion shown by the whole company from booking all the way to the service was outstanding. The advice and knowledge of the team member was great and also left us knowing alot more about their serviced they offer that we didn't know.
Highly rated and will definitely be using them when required again.

Submitted a enquiry online and got a call within hours, booked an appointment very easily over the phone and staff member turned up on time. We’re very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions, left my two mattresses and couch looking like brand new, very happy and will use again! Thanks so much!

I paid to have my carpets cleaned at $159 for 3 rooms+hall. Got slugged an extra $50 for sanitizing when I never asked for it. I rang Electrodry and whilst on the phone the secretary rang guy whom did job. He claimed I asked for big stain to be sanitized. I said it was a Lie that all I asked for was the carpet to be cleaned. Even then he did a half baked job in the other rooms. Going to Consumer Affairs / Small Claims Tribunal sick of companies doing what they please and to whom with no comeback or accountability especially to pensioners.

Our experience with Electrodry was great, talking us through the process which led to great communication. There was no hurry on their part to finish the job. We would use them again

The technician was on time, outlined the process, provided me with options and completed a very satisfactory job without mess, time-wasting or unnecessary sales pitching! He packed his gear up efficiently and I was left with very clean rugs, more than happy with the service!

Had my Natuzi suede lounge suite cleaned it is 20 years old and had never been cleaned before Electrodry were very professional explained clearly the risks involved but did a wonderful job the suite came up like brand new I I would certainly recommend Electrodry

Not good at all ! The guy was nice enough but he couldn’t clean the edges of the carpet as the machine couldn’t get to the edges! Total waste of money ! I choose Morgan’s any day
