I had a fall and bleed on my bedroom and sitting room, the young man that came and cleaned did an excellent job and the stains were removed and carpets looked great I was very impressed and pleased with Electrodry and there staff.

Had our carpets recently cleaned due to a death of a beloved pet. The care and compassion shown by the whole company from booking all the way to the service was outstanding. The advice and knowledge of the team member was great and also left us knowing alot more about their serviced they offer that we didn't know.

Made appointment for a consult, techs came out did there demo then called another two technicians out, made a complete mess, said yeah yeah no worries from a professional technician said cost would be $2k for clean tile, grout and grout seal went to email regarding why quote was not emailed to me to then get a reply we are not doing the job WEWWTTTFFFF!!!!! no one had the decency to call to explain why they could not do job, so my thing is don’t say you can bring tiles and grout back to life because you clearly can’t do crap never ever would I recommend electrodry service is disgusting

I had a lounge suite cleaned prior to a move and it was not good. The end result was patchy and parts of the chair cushions and arm rests were missed. I am going to have this job redone and would not recommend this process of cleaning at all especially for upholstery.

All of our carpets cleaned to a high standard, with the recommendation of sanitizing too, which we had done as we have a dog; this left every room smelling nice and fresh.

Despite ringing on the day to confirm the technician would be on time and told he would contact me if not on time, the technician was 1 hour late. When he finally arrived he then wanted to charge more than was quoted over the phone. The technician blamed the call centre for not contacting me regarding being late as well as the cost issue. It seems there is a major disconnect here. The technician then wanted me to pay before he cleaned the carpets in which I refused until the work was complete. Will NEVER use this company again.

Nathan arrived early, appointment was 8.00am, arrived at 7.45am, no waiting around. Started with tile clean, quick and efficient, floors look terrific. He then did two bedrooms and two living area's looks fantastic and smells fresh and new. Very pleased with end result. Happy customer.

There was so much wrong with my last experience with Electro Dry I wouldn't know where to start!! Wondering if the Management has changed because always used to get good service.

After spending almost an hour over several phone calls over several days chasing up a quote from a slightly cheaper company (sole operator) and deciding the savings weren't worth my time and energy, I called Electrodry who booked me in for the time I wanted in only a few minutes. I felt a sense of relief knowing that I wouldn't have to keep calling to confirm the booking or quibble over the quoted amount. Much as I'd love to support smaller businesses, in the end I was looking for an easy experience. The technician was on-time, friendly and informative, and fast.

Carpet cleaner [name removed] locked the keys in the property and did not bother ringing up to notify us that he locked our keys in the property. When asked why he didnt return our keys almost 2 weeks later, he said 'I've been busy and forgot'. Wont be recommending your services to anyone.
