Not good at all ! The guy was nice enough but he couldn’t clean the edges of the carpet as the machine couldn’t get to the edges! Total waste of money ! I choose Morgan’s any day

the wardrobe this was not done either ! behind the door in the bedroom was not even vacuumed let alone cleaned - the hall runner was only partially cleaned ! Still waiting on a quote
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Electrodry. Met with Electrodry at the property only to be told that you will need to wait 5 to 6 weeks to get the hallway and entry floor sanded as the sanders are in Newcastle. Paid my $30 to be still waiting on the quote that was meant to be emailed to me - it's been 3 weeks!

Very disappointed with Electrodry Canberra.Very pricy and does not practice what they advertise.Corners dirty,did not hover under the beds,paid additional for stain removal and many stains remained.Not worth it

electrodry...not on!
We used electro dry to clean carpets. We explained that we had a couple of stains and they said that they would like us to pay for a prestain treatment at $30.00 per room prior to the clean. We agreed. They took about 15 minutes to do the lot..in and out of here in a flash. We complained to the company and used their 3 Day guarantee but we never heard from them again. So we went to the supermarket and bought some stain remover and we were remove the stains ourselves. So save yourself $200 dollars and go to the supermarket and buy some stain remover!

Do not use Electrodry - half baked job for too much money
Today I was insulted by a carpet cleaner, and to say I am offended is an understatement. I booked carpet cleaning for 2 rooms and upholstery cleaning for a lounge suite. Booking person increased the price, despite me quoting the advert I received.
I am not interested in someone attempting to justify their job, by inferring that I am a filthy grot. Especially when they have done a terrible job. Carpets were NOT vacuumed prior to shampooing, were not groomed after, and they certainly aren't "walk on dry". Failing to vacuum up the dust mean...Read more
s that we have ugly grey smears of dirt in the corners, which we didn't have before. I will now have to book a carpet cleaner, to fix what electrodry did. Couch is wet (which I expected) but certainly not clean and would it have killed him to wipe up all the water he spilled on the floating wood floor? All it does is guarantee that I won't use their service again, and I certainly won't be recommending to others. Only half the job done
Thank you for the carpet cleaning today.
Just to let you know there was no “industrial vacuum” done prior to the carpet dry cleaning and no “carpet grooming done after”.
Very quick service however that is expected when you only do one third of the job.
I will not use or recommend your company again.
After replying with concerns I got absolutely no response. Seems they are quick and happy to respond only to positive feedback.

Terrible company
TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
I booked Canberra electro dry to clean carpets and tiles. Took ages on the phone and the call center put me on hold for ages while she spoke to the manager. A time was booked for the job and a time booked for the them to look at the tiles before they were cleaned. Waited 2 weeks, guy came to look at tiles then told me he didn’t have my booking ( which was in 3 days!!!) again I rang the call Centre and she confirmed AGAIN that I had a booking. Next day they ring for a deposit, leave me on hold for 10 minutes to then say they can’t clean my tiles!!!!
Doesn’t help when I’m putting my house on the market next week! !!

1. On 11 April I called Electrodry and booked an appointment to have the internal and external elements of a split cycle air conditioner cleaned. The booking was made for 9.30 am on 27 April. The customer service representative advised that there might be up to an hour delay from the time of the booking depending on the time taken to complete an earlier job. that service. 2. On 27 April, I took the morning off work to meet the Electrodry technician at the property. By 10.30 am the technician had not arrived. I called 13 27 13 and spoke with [name removed]. She reiterated the point that was made when the booking was first confirmed, that up to an hour needed to be allowed after the booking time. She stated the technician might be stuck in traffic. At 10.33 am, shortly after the phone call with [name removed] ended, Electrodry re-emailed me the original booking confirmation. 3. At 12.00 pm the technician had not arrived and I again called 13 27 13. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I was willing to wait up to an hour after the booking time, but by now it had been two and a half hours. The customer service representative asked me to wait on hold while he investigated what happened. Approximately 5-10 minutes later, the representative returned and told that he had spoken with the technician who said that he had attended the property at 9.30 am. According to the technician, he had knocked on the front door, called my telephone, waited half an hour and then left. 4. I told the customer services representative that this had not occurred, and that if it was a work phone then the calls logs/records should be checked. As stated I had taken the morning off work to be present for the cleaning and was at the property the entire time. My telephone had no missed calls or voicemails from Electrodry. Further, it is not possible to knock on the front door of my address because it is in an apartment complex. At the front door there is an intercom system which communicates with the individual apartments, and this was not used. 5. Further to this, even if the technician had attended the property, tried to use the intercom, and contacted me via telephone, then why when I called Electrodry at 10.30 am was I not notified then that the technician had been and gone? Why was I told to allow up to an hour after the booking for the technician to arrive, if presumably he had already been and left? And why was the booking email re-sent to me? The original non-attendance for the booking could be excused as a mistake, but to then imply that I was not present and that attempts were made to contact me is objectionable.Similar opinion? Don't give them your mobile number
They have started sending me SMS spam messages daily even though I am on the "Do Not Call" register. These SMS messages don't have an opt out either. I haven't been a customer of theirs for years and won't use them again either since these text messages started.

Furthermore, we'd like to assure everyone that there was never an instance where we sent our customers daily messages.My phone logs show that to be false. I was receiving messages daily with no opt out information provided as required by law. Thankfully the have now stopped after reporting them to ACMA

The worst job ever
We just had our carpets cleaned and arrived home to find stains still on the carpets. The carpets were so dry after only 45 mins fromf them being cleaned. It's like they were hardly cleaned at all. My husband then got some Vanish carpet cleaner and was able to do a better job removing the stains than what I just paid $200 + for. Spoke to company wanted to send out another technician but we refused. Asked for money back but they said no. Will never use them again

Excellent service
The technician arrived early and waited outside until the appointed time; he conducted a thorough vacuum prior to cleaning the carpet and did an excellent job. I had some very large, ingrained stains, and they have been all but removed.

Very Good Job
Recently had my Air Conditioner unit cleaned, very pleased with the result. Technician was prompt and polite. Made me aware of other products available but he wasn't pushy, gave me the booklet of cleaning hints etc. Would recommend Electrodry to others.

Carpets came up like new! Good work.
A good job done. Our carpets came up like new, and one is quite old. We luckily picked a hot day, and left the windows open so they dried quickly.
Our worker was efficient and polite.

Efficient service
I got my L-Shaped lounge and carpets cleaned and was very impressed with the results. I was thinking this service was going to take at least 2 hours to complete, the gentleman who completed the work was so efficient, he completed the job in just over an hour and was very knowledgable and helpful with the services he could provide. The results were great, all stains on the carpet were gone and the lounge looked like new. Would totally recommend Electrodry to others and will use them again.
