I paid to have my carpets cleaned at $159 for 3 rooms+hall. Got slugged an extra $50 for sanitizing when I never asked for it. I rang Electrodry and whilst on the phone the secretary rang guy whom did job. He claimed I asked for big stain to be sanitized. I said it was a Lie that all I asked for was the carpet to be cleaned. Even then he did a half baked job in the other rooms. Going to Consumer Affairs / Small Claims Tribunal sick of companies doing what they please and to whom with no comeback or accountability especially to pensioners.

I booked an end-of-lease carpet clean in Launceston. Team showed up 45min early, so instead of 9:30am they called me at 8:45am to say they were standing outside. I had already moved out and had to rush down to let them in. The rest of the bond cleaning had been done, the place was spotless, yet the team kept their muddy shoes on and dumped lint balls everywhere. It took them only 25 minutes to do three large rooms, and I couldn't tell the difference except the place stunk of chemicals. Then they still charged full price. 0/10, would never use the company again.

I had a dirty ottoman and light coloured couch and afterwards I just couldn't believe the transformation. It was great. The gentleman who did the job was very professional and thorough. I appreciated that he offered to Scotchguard after the cleaning as I had not considered that. So a very helpful cross sell. Well done

Wanted pet urine smell removed from loose rug with no under carpet. They did a surface clean and sprayed “deodoriser”. Now have a slightly damp rug with overwhelming urine smell. Charged me 2/3rds of the replacement value of the rug after the fact.

I booked Electrodry to do my carpets. Couple of minor stains that were not even treated and did not come out. I was charged an extra $25.00 for deodorising which I didn't request and have sent an email requesting a refund but no reply. Also only two hours after the carpets were cleaned, I spilt a small amount of water on the carpet, when dab up with a paper towel the paper towel turned very brown - so in fact the carpets hadn't even been surfaced clean. Will never use them again.

Being in Hobart i didn't have much to choose from. So I used Electrodry for cleaning my mattress in the past and I was super happy. When I booked them for our carpets to be cleaned (rental property) the same guy turned up! I was so chuffed, they are super friendly, very professional and always go an extra mile to please you. I would always recommend them and gladly use them again and again.

Very professional and completed quickly without hassel. Carpets have never looked better was able to walk on them in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

We had our material couch cleaned and the results were amazing! Almost every single mark was removed which was pretty much a miracle. It was so bad. We had it cleaned a year ago by a different company and could hardly tell the difference. Definitely using Electrodry again.

Booking an appointment was easy and person on phone was friendly and explained what furniture should or should not be moved. Technician turned up on time and explained everything well kept everything tidy. No issues and aircon improved air flow.

I questioned about the time taken vs money paid & he just smirked about it.
The carpet looks worse now then when he came. Took me 45 mins to vac to make it look better fluff everywhere.
Don't waste your money with Electrodry. Never again!!!

Must say more than impressed with the service by Jason. The place smelt and looked so clean. Only issue was the initial quote which was at the lower end of the scale. Probably should have operators quote the highest price so people can be pleasantly surprised and have no 'shock' value. It was only an extra twenty and well worth it but it can come across wrong.

Ji arrived with a big smile after phoning me to advise me of his arrival time. We discussed some problem areas and he advised me immediately as to the course of action with these.The carpet areas were left in great condition and even felt dry to touch. Great service and price as well. I am a loyal customer of Electrodry.
