Work was done thoroughly and speedily. My wife is completely satisfied. The carpet is a DuPont and is stain resistant, and is 25yrs old. It now looks like new. Will soon be a returning customer.

Our carpets were generally in a reasonable condition with some wear marks in the bedrooms. The pre-vacuum could have been a bit more thorough in some areas. We were hoping a number of areas would have come up better than they did. Probably not going to bother with the dry cleaning approach again - good that you can walk on them in a short period of time but overall result fell short of our expectations.

Efficient and professional service. Worker was very polite and helpful.
The call centre however gave me the wrong time that the carpet cleaner would arrive. Communication issues could be improved by firming up procedures.

Very happy with service & outcome of the carpets that were cleaned, the guy who came out to clean the carpets did an excellent job. Will definitely be using Electrodry again.

Although the service person was very early he did an excellent job and provided me with some very useful cleaning tips whilst he was here, offering scotch guarding the carpet as well

Electrodry worst service.
They broke my split system aircon in 2018 when they came to clean it.
They tested the system before they start clean it and at the end they broke it and they said it was broken.
Manager from Electrodry Queensland is a big Coward (stand up and be a man)and was always hiding behind the receptionist when I called to fix the problem.
They should not operate as a business in my opinion, they have rookies working there not professional staff.

A big thanks to Tony from Electra Dry for bringing my badly stained chaise beige lounge suite back to New again he really is amazing, such patience and great knowledge of what to do. I had a clean booked for my split system and the guy could not even get the front cover off properly and then did not place it back on flush never again

Young fella that came out was nice and pleasant and went about his job fine.

The workman did an awesome job, very thorough and helpful. He was admittedly a little late but was apologetic explained the reason why and then got on with the job. Would recommend this service

Technician was professional and friendly. Job was quickly responded to after phone enquiry. Good value for money. Long term stains successfully removed from carpet. Technician able to quote and complete extra works on the spot.

Booking was easy and operator provided clear details about prices and services. Operator was on time, professional, did great job cleaning rugs/lounge. Fab service would use again and recommend to others.

The team at the call centre provided friendly yet professional service and good information and feedback along the way. When changes to the booking were needed this was attended to smoothly and confirmation emails were promptly received so that I had confidence that the work was scheduled for a time that would suit.

I booked in to get my carpets cleaned an aircon cleaned . they were 2 hrs late and i would not recommend them too anyone.
and was not given any discount and rang them up with my complaint and they still have not got back to me do not use this company.

After happily getting my Air Con cleaned last year I got them to do it again this year.
Well, the technician broke the door on the air con, left it not even clean and it's been leaking for 2 weeks. After a RE-DO was scheduled, it was cancelled 3 times due to the technician calling in sick. After the last cancellation I asked for a refund. Still waiting for it even though I paid with a Credit Card, I don't understand how they can't put it straight back on. They asked for my bank de details instead and I'm still waiting.

I had 4 children at home and this wasn't a problem for the guys. They had the job done thoroughly and quickly. They were extremely helpful in putting the carpet back to its original place for me.

We had to get Electrodry in after using another company who did a poor job. Electrodry did a fantastic job. Carpets were in bad shape but now look brand new. Staff were so friendly and helpful too.

Extremely happy with the service and staff very lovely to speak too.
My rug came up like new. Highly recommend Electrodry for cleaning. And will use them again.
