I purchased this unit only 3 yrs ago and the battery is already dying. It is always kept on charge. Very disappointed as last 3 of same brand have done this also. I seem to remember something about Premium Care?? what was this and does it help me out here at all ?
Thank you

Haven't had very long, now it will not charge at all. Is this a common problem with this vacuum?

Hi Stacy we didn’t have a battery problem until about six months ago when the running time dropped from 20 minutes to 5 minutes which is not long enough . The vacuum is 4 years old and I have been very happy with the performance of it. However it will cost $154.00 to replace the lithium battery which we think should have a considerably longer life.Electrolux state the warranty period is 2 years - end of story. We note that there have been numerous similar complaints of short battery life and consider that Electrolux should take responsibility for an obvious short coming in their product. I hope this may be of some benefit to you.

If you haven't had this long I'd be returning it. Failing that can you contact Electrolux? Good luck.

What is the suction power please? I am comparing it to the LG cordzero A9MULTI which has 140W MAX suction.
Thank you

Sorry, I’m unsure of the exact power, but I’m very happy with how it works.

I just purchased the burgundy 12V model for my daughter's apartment. I decided to try it out before giving it to her. I've had it plugged in for several hours now and it still won't start. The blue light has been lit so it's supposedly charging. I can't give her this. I'm trying to make her life easier not add needless aggravation to it. Please help?

My Electroluc Ergorapido LIthium Burgundy Colour doesn;t hold what it picks up, As soon as i stop the vacuum everything i have picked up falls out. It isn't very old, and i have cleaned it thoroughly, can you help?

Mine is going fine now, I realised my plug wasn't inserted far enough into the socket to recharge. Maybe it's something as simple as not clicking the bag container in properly? Make sure it's all back together and everything in place, If that doesn't work take it back. They have a good warranty on them don't they?
