The Electric oven for this model is not working. The internal light and the fan are both functional, but the exterior orange light does not turn on, and there is no heat. What is wrong? Do you sell spare parts? If not, are there after-market parts?

Hi after writing to you about the orange lights the problem has sorted itself. I had switched the oven on about 4 occasions hoping that the light would go out,to no avail, however I decided to try it once more and the light went out, not sure why this time but all is good now. Thank you for your prompt reply.
