Hi. I have an 90cm free standing oven. Gas cooktop electric oven.
Now it's Ok, but the cooling fan is not working.
Fan forced works but not the cooling fan!
Can you help please?

Yes it does, it's normally quite loud and annoying.

I have turned the oven off but the fan is still going - how do I turn the fan off?
You must have turned the fan on. I think it is the button looking at the stove on your top hand left side. I am not at home so I am not sure. You just press it and it should go off. Sorry if this is late but just saw it.

Hi I have an emilia cooktop that was bought 2 years ago and was brand new in the box when we installed it last week we connected it to the power and it beeped when the power was turned on at the fuse box but we cannot get it to do anything ??? Please help

The Electric oven for this model is not working. The internal light and the fan are both functional, but the exterior orange light does not turn on, and there is no heat. What is wrong? Do you sell spare parts? If not, are there after-market parts?

Hi, I have inherited an old gas Emilia oven. The stove top is gas, the oven is gas but the grill is electric and I can't seem to get the grill going - any suggestions?
You have to turn the oven on and then you push a button on the side which is the grill button and then turn the oven off and the grill should start working.

What is the secret to cooking in it, as I find it cooks bottom up, and I have to use baking paper for everything. I have had it for 12 months and still cant manage it, I just tried to cook shortbread and they were burnt from the bottom and the tops not cooked. Very Frustrating.

We bought our oven about 5 years ago from Harvey Norman. It has a gas cooktop and electric oven. The first thing to break was the protective glass top. I never worked out how this broke one day it had shattered. The next problem (and this happened when just out of guarantee was the oven door would not close properly and the oven door now looks as if it is falling off. I was just about to buy a new stove but saw this site. Can my oven door be fixed?

I purchased my Emilia from Sydney H Turner Cairns about 2 years ago but as it is in a holiday house it was not installed for about a year. I have been using it for about 12 months now and it is unbelievably hot even at the lowest setting >190. Knobs become very hot and the wall behind the oven is showing heat damage. From the photos it looks like a EM534. It has an electric griller. It is un-usable. Can you please assist me.

We have just bought EM534MVIB gas cooktop and gas oven model, and having read the reviews are worried about the fact that many have said it gets too hot on the surrounds.. Has this been rectified? What distance is required around the oven. We are going to put Stainless steel backing at least around the cooktop but is there a risk around the walls of the oven as well?

In my case, I switched off my Grill with Fan (after use) and switched the Oven onto Fan Forced perhaps without waiting a few minutes as per instructions.
