G'day, I have just bought an Emelia EMCER64 cook top. Only 2 of the 4 hotplates work. The 2 on the right do not light up or get warm although when they are switched off the display has the H flashing. The 2 hotplates on the left work with no problems.

the oven does not regulate the temperature looks like the thermostat is not working
had the oven on 120 degrees and it easily reached 190 degrees does not regulates temp can you tell me what is wrong my oven is brand new. if there is something i can check please let me know. once it cools down i will have a look at the thermostat to see if it is not loose or damaged

My Emilia fan-forced electric oven suddenly won't turn on, there is an "A" flashing on the display that I've never seen before. Has worked really well for 12 years, hope it's something easy to fix!

I have the gas oven gas top version. All of my electrical things have stopped working at once (fan force, click lighter, oven light etc).... what could be wrong? And yes the power is switched on :-)

Why won't the electric grill work

recently purchased this product on the clear understanding that the fanforced could be turned on or off by buttons on the control panel that we saw on the display model at The Good Guys and the one delivered with correct model no. does not have the same buttons and no ability to turn the fan off - not real happy.
could you please explain the reason for this and what can be done about it?

Hi,I have a Emilia ef6fi, today I replaced the element but now the cooling fan kicks in randomly and both the lights on the front light up with a 'half glow'. Any ideas as to what's going on?
I am open to the possibility of having put the wires on the wrong way but an assuming that as it's an element it wouldn't matter what way you connect them, so long as the earth is in the right spot!!

Fan force won’t turn off even when oven is shut down

the door on my EMILIA EI8619Z137EU model DI865E12 free standing oven will not close completely. there is approx a 2 inch gap and in am wondering if the hinges need adjusting but cannot seem to find our user manual. help please?

I have a Emilia cooker as per the model below. Just recently when I turn the oven switch on - even just initially to fan - the switch in the meter box outside trips after about 5 - 10 seconds. This happens on every occasion. Could it be the element or maybe oven switch itself? Advice would be appreciated thankyou.

Fan forced works but not the cooling fan!

Hi I have an emilia cooktop that was bought 2 years ago and was brand new in the box when we installed it last week we connected it to the power and it beeped when the power was turned on at the fuse box but we cannot get it to do anything ??? Please help

The Electric oven for this model is not working. The internal light and the fan are both functional, but the exterior orange light does not turn on, and there is no heat. What is wrong? Do you sell spare parts? If not, are there after-market parts?

Hi, I have inherited an old gas Emilia oven. The stove top is gas, the oven is gas but the grill is electric and I can't seem to get the grill going - any suggestions?

What is the secret to cooking in it, as I find it cooks bottom up, and I have to use baking paper for everything. I have had it for 12 months and still cant manage it, I just tried to cook shortbread and they were burnt from the bottom and the tops not cooked. Very Frustrating.
