The mop cleans well but the catch to lock in the pole when extended keeps coming undone so the pole keeps shortening during use which is highly annoying. I would probably buy a better known brand next time around. The water reservoir always bubbles over when filling even when the tank is not full.

Doesn't produce enough steam which makes it a tough work out to push around. Takes multiple attempts to remove simple water and dog paw prints. It's like pushing a broom through mud trying to get it around a small kitchen and living area. Wish I hadn't brought it. Got it to replaced a a Shark which was far easier to move around tiled floors.

Do not waste money on this mop!

Does exactly what is says. Cleans hard floors. I use it on our living/dining/kitchen and it works just fine. Very easy to use. Leaves no residue or streaking. Floors are like new. Really cannot fault it. As a bonus it freshens up our rugs too. One tank does the whole floor and the cord is long enough to reach everywhere.

Our great run of some five years of fairly constant use ended abruptly with an electrical short in the cord right near my hand!! Thank goodness for circuit breakers! I must say that the response I received from Denise at the 1800 number was professional and empathetic - as a result, we have now purchased a refurbished EZ1R. Love this steam mop and thought i was going to need to replace it when the filler plug would no longer tighten. Decided to try the support line, no questions asked a new filler plug was mailed overnight and solved our problem. Wow what more could you ask for ?

I have had my blue steam mop for 7 years so yes I love it. But also find the pad are a pain as they do fold over, however recently I tried washing them in a laundry washing bag, have found the Velcro lasts longer and they don't fold over as quickly. Peg on the line longways. Helps.

This steam mop is great, nice long handle cleans in minutes & I don't have to wait around for wet floors to dry. The cleaning pads are easy to clean just have to put them in the washing machine, I have now purchased the multi purpose cleaner for my other cleaning jobs

I purchased this mop and wondered why the sales lady kept asking if my carpet washer does hard floors, all the hype about steam mops is lie, I now use a mop and bucket or for scrubbing my carpet washer.
Don't buy this mop or complain to the company they both a waste of time.

I love to steam my floors and got hooked when I got a free steam mop with my shark vacuum. I used my freebie so much that I decided to upgrade when I moved house. The guy at Harvey Norman suggested the monster. I thought it had some good features and it was one of the more expensive ones so I bought it, because you get what you pay for right?? Nope my free one was way better than this :(

Great steam and quick drying BUT the mop is clunky, difficult to maneuver and not designed well. It is really high so you can't mop under low furniture. It's velcro pads come off. ANNOYING. On top of all that of the green light no longer works. Big thumbs down :(

Excillent steam mop if u are considering to buy one get this one. Best must buy. My wife realy loves it snd uses it every day

This really is a great machine that takes the effort out of cleaning hard floors. The Monster leaves no streaks and floors are dry in no time at all. It is priced much lower than some of the other so called " professional " cleaners which i have also used and have been a real let down. The Monster is easy to use, has a long cable and a steam burst to get under furniture and into awkward corners. It also has a carpet attachment to refresh your carpets !! I Highly recommend this machine it's a marvel..!!

I'm overall happy with the steam mop but there are 2 issues which I consider to be flaws with the design.
1.There is no window to indicate how much water is in the tank. The instructions say "do not over fill the tank" but you have no way of knowing how much water is left in the tank after use.
2. The towelling mop get caught up under the mop when moving it back on forth on the floor. This is annoying.

Was very happy with the steam mop. It gives out a great amount of steam. The floor dries very quickly and can manoeuvre around most things.
I was disappointed being less than 6 months old and the steam nozel no longer works for that extra burst of steam you need from time to time.
This was one of the features I liked and replaced my old kenwood steam mop which I have had for years and owned a few models as they were great.

I recently moved into a new house, so thought I would update my old Kenwood steam mop, This mop was recommended to me by the Salesman at Harvey Norman and boy am I sorry now. The mop is difficult to use, heavy, the water doesn't last long, you leave it to cool down for the recommended period to refill it, as it runs out half way through, and it spits boiling water everywhere. Doesn't go under furniture, no see through water tank. Worst of all it, it leaves the floor soaking wet, I have to hand scrub stubborn spots and it water spots everywhere. I had to get out the trusty old Kenwood, to clean up the mess this one has left behind. Don't waste your money!
