... Read more poor cap may allow steam to escape and/or heat to dissipate from the boiler. Also, having the boiler at the lowest point, means greater steam efficiency, i.e. dry, hot steam. I can easily clean my entire tiled floor in 15 mins, it is that easy to use. If you actually want a steamer that produces a good dry steam at a high temp, unlike all the TV ones, then this is for you. I easily clean through a very large tiled area within my home, faster and without the residue that an ordinary mop leaves behind. It is a very fast way to leave your floor streak free and clean. It is awesome. Cleaning floors is a breeze. Streak free in 15 mins Nothing, the boiler size like some have mentioned is not an issue

Average use time is 15 minutes, and then another 15 minutes to cool down, unscrew the fine threaded stopper, refill its cumbersome small tamk hole, rescrew the many threads and wait for it to heat up again.
The front nozzles seem to be for show, they don't have enough force to reach the floor but will still steam up the edges of furniture. Given that they reduce the water and pressure available to the cleaning surface, I do not see any benefit for thi

parts! but having a house full of white floor tiles decided to investigate, I bought the Monster & am so happy with it, does everything I need no extra wet floors just beautiful white tiles, I have read about the flimsy handle but as you do not need to push down hard on the machine or go over the same spot many times to clean, this is not an issue. Cannot fault this steam mop. Oh of course have used this to freshen my carpets, works well there too no extra wet carpets!

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I use the steam mop on porcelain tiles. The result is good, though you do need to wipe off residue with a microfibre cloth. It is good for quick jobs, if you want a thorough clean, you cant go by boiling water with vinegar on porcelain tiles
After only three months of ownership, the handle snapped off. I took it back to the retailer who called the supplier. It appears this is an issue with the product as they knew what the problem was and how to remedy it immediately. The handle was taken off and replaced. They wanted me to send it away howeve
Cleaning is adequate..steam is good in general....several minor problems with handle and screws not staying in and screw thread wearing...if the problems were fixed it would be great. They are not major....

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I bought this mop after watching my friend use her cheap K-Mart steam mop. I could see that this model wasn't going to cut it in my house so I invested in a mid range brand. There were more expensive models out their but chose the Monster as it had a stainless boiler which has less filters and parts to replace, therefore less ongoing expense. This one works brilliantly. My floors were quite dirty and the mop just glided over the floor with no effort. The pad hardly looks dirty but I know what was on the floors!! It even did the stairs with ease

I used a towel to undo the refill cap to avoid the steam release. After reading reviews, I was concerned about the handle but realised that the design has been changed, it is now straight not curved and sales assistant guarantees no issue replacement if it did break. Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1It cleans great but velcro pads slip and slide and I had to sew extensions on them to use them!! The machine is very heavy due to this fact. My handle has cracked and havent found where I can buy another if at all. I have used it about 30times...not good value for money and it needs a lot more thought into quality control and design

Left the floors shiny and the dampness disappears quite quickly, so I can't understant the whines about a wet floor. You must be overfilling the container causing overflow...clue, read the instructions... The only complaint I have is the handle is a poor design. Steam cleans floors well but capacity time is short

Lasts about 2 years so decided to spend money on more expensive steam mop as recommended by salesman at Harvey Norman. The monster steam mop takes longer to clean floors as the tank runs out at least once during mopping of my tiles. It takes 5 minutes at least to heat the water up at the start and when it is empty, you need to wait 5 minutes before refilling or you can get a steam burn. Then wait another 5 minutes while it heats the water up. It doesn't get under my benches and cupboar

Monster steam mop
Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1It cleans great. However the velcro pads are crap. They don't sit properly or stick to base. Even when new. So every couple of strokes u have to readjustment them. Very frustrating! They really need to ee design them. Other than that it works fine. And hygienic. I like the fact that no chemicals are needed.

I too found pads very frustrating as they slide off and needed adjusting. I also found the machine to be heavy and akward. Plus my handle broke...would get a less expensive model next time.

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1The mop works well on a variety of hard surfaces, but it has a singular major flaw and that is the flimsy construction of the plastic handle used to operate the machine. After only moderate use, the handle connection fatigues, cracks and falls apart rendering the machine unusable. Extraordinarily disappointing on such a high end machine.

It has a boiler and seemed to be well built, including the handle that many mention as being somewhat fragile after time - that I will learn about in future. It steams well. I was sus about those with long hoses or water tanks some 100s mm from the steam heads, as steam cools very quickly. No puddles experienced with this one.

After a few uses the biggest negative to date is the small water capacity - when empty you must let it cool down a few minutes prior to refilling. The filling hole is ridiculously small, and obviously a port into the boiler - impressive filler cap though! It comes with a special jug to fill, or a funnel would be required - easy to spill water during filling as you can only put in water so fast. Perhaps there is a talent (or patience) I will pick up. The pads hold on by velcro that is beyond easy, but could easily be better designed as the front of the pad takes the brunt from movement. The pads are expensive and only sold as 2 x floor pads + 1 x carpet pad for $40 before discounts. Half our floor is a textured terra cotta tile and it is obviously going to be hard on the pads - but I think that would be the case for any of the stream mops. Boiler steam; works fine Pad mounts could be better, filling is a pain

The handle is awful and I now need to be extra careful as it is now broken, but still useable at this stage. I think I will get my husband to make a new one for me as I really do like this machine and don't see why I should chuck it out just because of the handle. Both my Mum and a friend have bought this machine on my recommendations and they both love it and don't have any problems with the handle, so they obviously have the new handle version.

ease of use, heats up quickly and creates plenty of steam consistantly, my floors look very clean and polished after i have finished. Much easier than getting out the mop and bucket. Helps to refresh the carpet.
I have never noticed that the floors are really wet after use because it dries quickly, the manual does mention if overfilled it will leave the floor wet so theres a tip for those people :)

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1Great, it has continous steam and I love it, saves time and does a great job on all my floors including carpets and rugs. I debated buying one because people have issues with the handle? and to much water coming out, haven't had that yet. I will use white vinegar in it now and then to make sure I don't get scale build up from the water. And today I only paid $199 at Harvey Norman on sale.
Easy instructions, easy to use, leaves my floors so clean and my carpets really fresh and is even drawing marks to the surface making them easy to get out. Light and easy to carry and move around

I works great on all types of flooring and really does clean.It is light weight and easy manoeuvring around furniture etc. Great for sanitizing pet areas, bathroom kitchen and toilet areas

We used this steam mop about 20 times and at around the tenth time we had to send it back to the manufacturer because the head of the mop stopped functioning. After ONLY 10 times!!!
What a joke. How can they value this steam mop at such a high price when it is not worth a penny. After paying the postage fee to send it back to get fixed, we thought the returned product would last. Big mistake.
After approximately another 10 uses, the handle simply snapped off leaving exposed wire. What an absolute disgrace!

It didn't take long for calcium to build up and eventually blocked the steam jets, even though i was using filtered water and regularly rinsing. Other than that I have loved my mop, it has lifted stains that chemicals could not.

Great Mop but not for my floors
Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I paid the extra money when I purchased this mop. There were cheaper ones available but I wanted to get one that was going to last. So what do I think of it..... Great mop for use on tiles but not good for timber floors. I find it glides over my tiles but is a workout on my parquetry floors. Handle very flimsy, I am on my 3rd one in 12 months and when this one breaks, my warranty will be out and therefore, will need to buy another one. Next time I am going back to the Kenwood.

Third time it stopped working was told it was a write-off because we hadn't been using distilled water. Obviously made with tolerances too fine. Expensive as well.

This steam mop is performing well, heats up at a reasonable pace and emits steam at a good amount. The mop comes with 2 floor mop covers for tiles/hard floor and 1 carpet mop cover and carpet attachment. We use the mop twice a week on the tiles and once a fortnight on the carpets. The tiles have never looked better and they dry within seconds of moping them. The carpets have come up really well and smell fantastic.

I have read many reviews on this product and it is obvious people have not read the instructions or are not following the instructions on how to effectively and properly use this steam mop.
Any mop is going to leave your floors wet, just like this one. If it bothers you, buy a micofibre swivel mop and run over your floors after you've finished mopping.

Even though it has the capability to clean other parts of your home, for the price ... don't expect it to make you dinner as well. It does what it's designed to do - clean hard floors. Tip #1: READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY. eg. Fill the machine with the container supplied - 2 containers will fill the reservoir. Leave the mop handle in the upright position until the green light comes on. When you run out of water (the green light will go off when the handle is in the upright position), turn the power off at the power point FIRST, then pull the handle towards you and press the trigger to release the remaining steam, until there is no steam coming out. You can then immediately re-fill the water. Tip #2: The position of the handle determines what the machine does and what mode it is in. If the handle is in the upright position, the mop will not release steam and will sit idle. When you tilt (pull) the handle towards you, the machine is ready for use and the green light (on the base next to the red light) will turn off, meaning ... it is in use.

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1Great steam mop, on had one issue with it and that was my human error. I was finding that it was over steaming and when I rang the help line they were very supportive. It turned out that I did not have the handle full extended and so the steam was leaking out.
Would highly recommend as it makes cleaning the so floors easy and no fuss. Also drys super quick.
My only negative comments would be that the square head designs does limit where you can use the mop, tight spaces are unaccessable.

The steam is really powerful, and it has a trigger to give it a boost if you want a bit more. I love that you can just place it on top of the pad and it attaches without having to pull cords or muck around. Light weight, produces enough steam with only 1.5 cups, does not leave the floor very wet (if the water beads on tiles you are putting too much water in, dries quickly and can get under coffee tables. All in all a great product I would buy again. Easy to use, quick, light weight (although this is personal opinion), does not leave floors too wet (unless you put in too much water), floors dry quickly, good price $175 harvey norman. If you put too much water in it leaves floors wet (only put 2 cups or 1.5 cups), does not quite get into corners, no retractable cord.

We had a lot of trouble with it at first, trying to figure out how much water to put in, as if it doesn't have the right amount it leaves the floor soaking wet. This is especially annoying when you cannot see how much water is left.

I wish I had never wasted my money on this product. leaves the floors shiney, only leaves the floors damp not soaking wet when used correctly, heavy, attachment to steam carpet doesn't clip on at all, doesn't get in tight corners, doesn't pick up dirt well - have to mop over a dozen times or just go and get the normal mop and bucket, tiny hole for filling water, can't see how much water is left, booster steams seem to be on the front not pointing downwards making them useless, pads get drenched, can leave floor wet if used too long or too much water put in. Expensive.
I got one yesterday for Xmas and didn't even get it plugged into the power socket. Floor bracket broke. I'm off today to take it back.

The replacement has also just broken (same thing - you can hear it boiling away but no steam comes out). Overall, when it works, it does a good job. The problem is that you will be lucky to get 6 months out of it before it breaks. Calcium build-up I believe. This is clearly a high-maintenance machine who insists on the purest, filtered water. Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I called customer service and they said that the unit was 2 months out of warranty.hum!!!!But what they told me I could do is put 1 cup water and 1 cup of vinagar in the unit and let set overnight.I did this and the unit still did not work.Please do not waste your money on this product.
When I first bought this steam cleaner from QVC it worked for about 1 year.I used this unit maybe 20 to 25 times.
I was going to steam clean my floor and I filled the unit up with water and noticed that no steam would come out of the bottom and no steam would spray from the trigger.

This is the best steam mop, it has a good size tank, creates lots of steam and cleans really well for tiles and carpets.

*I can easily maneuver this with one hand & by the time I'm finished the kitchen/dining/lounge area, where I started is dry!
*Because it only uses steam, there is no sticky chemical residue left on the floor to attract dirt! Which means its healthier for our family & our pets!
*I am using QH2O Ultra Pure Water in mine to try & prevent calcification build up.
*Make sure you thoroughly read & understand the instructions before you try & operate it.

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1after a few months had to send the mop to Perth for repairs as it would not steam,got it back one week later and it lasted three weeks had it look at locally got it back lasted two weeks and it stopped again turns out it was calcium build up,now looking for a new mop.

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! The product does NOT take 3 minutes to heat up it takes 15 and only has enough steam for my kitchen! I'm going back to my faithful mop and bucket that I know works EVERY TIME.Don't buy it and the after sales service from Eurflex was terrible. Such rude staff.

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1NEVER EVER EVER buy a Euroflex steam mop under any circumstances. The product doesn't last and the after sales service is non existent.
It lasted 6 months.
i sent the mop away, still under warranty, and it was replaced with a supposedly reconditioned one. However, my handle didn't fit the mop head and Euroflex in WA did not care, they had covered their end of the warranty by sending a replacement mop, albeit second hand. The 'reconditioned' mop lasted two weekd (2 uses) before it stopped steaming. I sent it away again, only to be told that it d

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I borrowed from a friend to clean my couch and carpets. It was completely useless, it didn't make a difference to either and it just made both them and my floors wet. To make matters worse the handle broke and now i have to replace the whole mop for $200. What a waste of money, i could of just bought myself a decent one. Which i will be doing in the future. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1I love this mop!!!Have had others, and not liked at all. This steam mop doesn't leave excess water or streaks on floors. Great on tiles, polished wooden floorboards. Dries quickly, and floors look fantastic!!!You do need to play sround with it. Obviously if you use low steam, it will leave water on the floors, as the steam is low and won't evaporate as quickly. This mop has made my life easier. I hate bucket mopping.
The only fault is the velcro on the microfibre pads wears out, and the clothes don't stay on the mop.
You don't need a guage on the mop, you just watch the green light, or for the lack of steam, to let you know whether you need to add more water.

Vapour Floor Steamer EZ1It started to fault just before warranty expired but when I took it to the sevice centre they said "we can't make it fault therefore we can't find the problem to fix. Next time it happens just give it a little shake"!!! Can you believe it. 366 days after purchase it broke completely and the place I bought it from a not even listed any more for me to stick it up them! My recommendation - stay clear of them all together. I could have spent 1/4 of the money and not been so upset when the thing died because it wasn't such an outlay!!!!

Heavy and cumbersome to use. Expensive in comparison to other models.
