Just saw Ryan from Perth review and my son has purchased apartment with this as a new cooker in it and exactly the same thing happened. Used oven twice strong smell of gas had professional look at gas line to be told it was the stove.

I'm pretty sure I've written a scathing review on this oven before, but alas, its disappeared. Bought this oven in 2017. I'm looking to replace it now. 4 years ???? Acceptable?

We have had this stove since 2016 and it is still in excellent condition however the instructions for the knobs on the control panel have washed off and we are hoping there may be a way for us to re add them by a template from you or if you have any other ideas they would be appreciated. There are new people moving in and they will not know what is what with the controls. Thank you

I installed this for a client and it worked for the first night then the next day started to trip the rcd/mcb for no reason I tested it it has earth faults have to send back to the manufacturer

Bought one for a rental property. Within months the elements failed one by one. Service for replacement coils from Euro maid slow. Eventually after lots of fighting Euromaid agreed to replace the whole oven as there had been so many failures. Replacement oven no better. 3 elements failed within 18 months.

My model is EG90S when i put 2 cakes in oven at same time same size tins 1 side cooks faster than the other both cakes on same shelf
We have GG54GW model and an excessive amount of heat seems is escaping from the oven, to the point of melting the control dial. Surely this isn't normal??
Hi Cathy, Thank you for your question and I’m sorry to hear of this. Heat should only escape through the ventilation, from what you have described it seems as it is escaping through the door. This is an indicator that it not closing/sealing properly. I would check that first. Thanks
