Hi, my WM5 has started tripping the power. I can’t use it as it trips straight away. Any suggestions on what we can do? It’s 6 1/2 years old and we have loved having it so much.

The Start button is stuck in and I urgently need to wash towels for my business.

Our WM5 fills with water then gets stuck in wash mode. The drum spins for a period of about 5 seconds, pauses then repeats. It will not continue on to rinse, drain or spin. The countdown is stuck on “5” for the past 30 min and the drum is full of water. Any help?

Hi there, I have a wm5 front loader, having issues, have tried to start a cycle of washing and shortly after it fills the washing machine wont engage a wash cycle and has been making a ticking noise yesterday machine is 2 years old, have tried resetting the machine today but no help.

Hi, Our WM5 will only pump water in to flush the detergent and fails to switch across to fill the machine, although will go through the whole cycle without any water in the wash. Any help?

My WM5 front loader washing machine isnt draining it seems. The cycle finishes however the door remains locked. I have to empty the water from the filter on the bottom far right corner, all the water runs out then I can open the door. The clothes come out soaking wet. What do you think would be the problem?

The play icon is flashing continuously and machine is non responsive to restart methods. I have tried leaving unplugged overnight and restarting to no avail. Any ideas?

Water leaks out of the liquids tray and down the front of the machine when on spin cycle. What is the issue? Thanks.

No matter what cycle I choose the machine is not draining the water and my clothes come out the drum soaking. Any ideas as to what may be wrong?

I cannot open the door on the EurmId washing machibe where I am staying.
I have tried the suggestion above but nothing works.
the manual states that the lock symbol should be flashing then fade out to then open- but instead it is a solid locked symbol. Any ideas?

I am using the machine from almost 2 years now it stop washing, spins etc and clothes were dry only. I can hear voice of water and in few mins it end the cycle.
Please let me know what to do and what will be a problem?

Washing left in overnight so am just trying to put it through a shorter cycle goes around once with water once and then stops. What can I do to fix it? So just using hand wash button goes around once and then it stops. It looks as if the door is not tightly but doesn’t want to push in any further. Can you tell me what to do please?
