My new Euromaid WM7 does not want to spin or drain the water from the machine. We have cleaned the filter and restarted the machine but it will not spin the water our or drain.
The filer and drain are also so close to the floor is nearly impossible to get anything under the outlet to let the water drain from the n]machine.
I’m trying to get in contact with the people to service it but no one answers the phones.

We've had our WM7 for about 5 years. It leaks occasionally when there is a light load in it but, apart from that, has been pretty good value for money. For the last 2 weeks we've had an issue when using any wash but, primarily the "Synthetics" (@1200 and 30 degrees) whereby the cycle runs from 54 minutes down to 6 minutes and then just keeps spinning the load with water in (washing), making no attempt to intake water or to drain it and hence not spin dry either. The only way to get the water and ultimately, clothes out, is to hold the cancel button for the required 3 seconds, wait about 5 to 10 minutes until "End" is displayed. Then we can change it to a "Drain and Spin" to get the water out and spin the clothes. I've checked it's not a blocked water pump filter and the water drains fine when the machine can eventually be set to a Drain and Spin cycle. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My machine has stoped working and now has a symbol of the tap with a line through it even though the water is switched on and the hose has no blockage

Hi my name is Buks, I live in NarrabriNsw Australia. I have a Euromaid WM5. All of a sudden my machine electronics is stuck on 14sec spinning cycle. I have tried to reset it but it just goes back to the 14 sec. The door will lock and then the water pup will come on and stay on. The washing cycle just won't come on. My machine has stopped functioning properly, stopping halfway through cycles, being unable to cancel (flashes as though cancelling but takes sometimes hours to stop), not draining water, when managing to get it somewhat reset and try again (hours laters) the new cycle displays an incorrect time (e.g 16 minutes for cotton cycle) and stops partway through, sometimes even trying to do a spin only cycle to clear the water results in it just intermittently spinning hour almost an hour.
All this makes it sound like a computer/controller malfunction to me. Has anyone had any experience in getting this fixed?

My machine is flashing the softener symbol and won’t do anything what does that mean?
All good googled more sites and found that the softener symbol flashes when there is a problem with the control knob.took control panel off and found the wires had come off circuit board.attached them back on closed up unit and machine is working perfectly now.
I am using a Euromaid wm7. I had it on a daily express wash, but paused it after a few seconds to add something else. When I tried to restart it, nothing happens.
I have tried unplugging the machine, turning to cotton and turning on again.

My Euromaid WM7 has just started leaking water all over the floor, appears to be coming from under washer. This is happening at drain cycle. Washer goes through to end of program but the clothes are still wet and there is water everywhere. I then need to put it on spin/drain to get the rest of the water from the clothes but again it goes everywhere. What can the problem be?

We have had this machine for a couple of years. The door now needs to be slammed before the lock symbol engages and will start to wash. The door still appears to be attached tightly and has not dropped. Any suggestions?

Hi, I accidently overloaded the WM7 and pressed start on Daily express but it did not start washing( i just closed the door and hit start but nothing actually happened), it is now stuck with Play button flashing, no matter how many times i've tried it won't ever move from that play button flashing sign. I've tried unplugging for more than hours and while trying to reset it show 8365 code then shows all the button lighted on the screen. Kind of looks like it's stuck on that daily express, it only shows temperature and spin in daily express but not in others.
I've also tried turning off the machine completely by unplugging for 10 or more minutes
then setting the pointer to cotton at 12
then plug back in and turn on
then holding start for 30 seconds.
still no beep sound, could not get it to reset, not sure if i'm doing this right!
