My wm7 door will not lock to start a cycle. Any advice for this issue

Hi there, the start button on our Euromaid WM7 machine broke today. It no longer is able to be pushed in. All other buttons are working. Is there anything that can be done to fix it? Thanks.

My machine is flashing the softener symbol and won’t do anything what does that mean?

We have an unresponsive WM7, that is currently displaying 00:16 with the softener symbol flashing. Seems like the same issue another customer Russ had 3 years ago. Any fix for this problem? Cheers

I am using a Euromaid wm7. I had it on a daily express wash, but paused it after a few seconds to add something else. When I tried to restart it, nothing happens.

I have tried unplugging the machine, turning to cotton and turning on again.

My washing machine WM7 is displaying the water intake cut off each time I attempt to use it.
Is there any way of fixing this?

The Start button on our washer broke today after 3 years rendering the machine useless? Is there a simple work around to change which button starts the cycle or even replace the button?

My wm7 machine the control dial doesn't change the setting and panel changes modes on its own. Washes fine. Just can't select which was.

My Euromaid WM7 has just started leaking water all over the floor, appears to be coming from under washer. This is happening at drain cycle. Washer goes through to end of program but the clothes are still wet and there is water everywhere. I then need to put it on spin/drain to get the rest of the water from the clothes but again it goes everywhere. What can the problem be?

We have had this machine for a couple of years. The door now needs to be slammed before the lock symbol engages and will start to wash. The door still appears to be attached tightly and has not dropped. Any suggestions?

Hi, I accidently overloaded the WM7 and pressed start on Daily express but it did not start washing( i just closed the door and hit start but nothing actually happened), it is now stuck with Play button flashing, no matter how many times i've tried it won't ever move from that play button flashing sign. I've tried unplugging for more than hours and while trying to reset it show 8365 code then shows all the button lighted on the screen. Kind of looks like it's stuck on that daily express, it only shows temperature and spin in daily express but not in others.
I've also tried turning off the machine completely by unplugging for 10 or more minutes
then setting the pointer to cotton at 12
then plug back in and turn on
then holding start for 30 seconds.
still no beep sound, could not get it to reset, not sure if i'm doing this right!

Hi My WM7 is just over two years old. I bought it brand new. It stopped working the other day. The water does not fill up and therefore it cant run a cycle. The water goes straight through the outlet pipe in to the sink. What can I do ?

Hi, when i shut the door the door lock symbol will not come on and the machine is not starting. I have to close the door 10-20 times until the lock comes on and the machine starts, any help?

Hi, my machine stops working after I turn on the machine. It makes a noise if water getting into the detergent section and it stops. Can you please help me?

Hi, our washing machine recently seems to stop after 20-30 seconds. When I turn it on it makes a noise for this time then stops and the timer continues to go down although nothing is happening. Is there a way to do a hard reset or check something to make sure if anything needs looking at by a handyman?

I have an eight year old Euromaid WM7 and after the first wash cycle, the tap icon appears with a line through it and no water is being supplied to the second cycle on any wash cycle available. The hose is not blocked as it's getting water to start. I've removed the pump filter and there wasn't anything really inhibiting flow, and the propeller is moving freely. Can anyone pinpoint the issue?

Until I work out the problem, the workaround is to wash on mix 40 cycle. When the first cycle finishes, I hold the start/pause button in for three seconds to drain the machine. Once the padlock stops flashing on screen, I use the rinse cycle to finish off the load.

The machine no longer drains. I have tried running a rinse and spin cycle a couple of times however clock never countdowns and machine just continually runs. I have checked the filter and the hose for kinks. Any other trouble shooting suggestions?

Turned on washer today and then it was stuck saying 31minutes to go even though it was well past this and now it is stuck on a locked screen and I can’t do anything.

Hi, I have a wm7, 6 and a half years old. It's been a great machine but lately fills with water, gets most of the way through the cycle then either stops full of water and makes a constant whirring noise, or the timer stops counting down and it just continues to wash. I have drained the filter twice, full of water both times but nothing blocking it. I've checked the hose and it seems fine. Is there anything else you can suggest? I'm about ready to go and buy a new machine. Thanks.
