Best washing machine out there! It has a range of washing, drying, spinning, temperature options. Time delay is the best option. Dooes not wear out clothes. Clothes are left clean and smooth. Strongly recommend to use with fabric softener. It can be loud during spinning, but fine with the rest

Bought this for my euro laundry, fits perfectly. Plenty of wash programs to choose from, mainly use the mix 40 and quick 14 and find them to be very thorough, while being gentle on clothes. The time delay is great to be able to set washes to start in off peak times. It's no louder than any other front loader spin cycle.

Nothing seemed to be working with this machine today - error code did not appear, no water coming into the machine, half a bucket of water stil in the machine so not draining. No noise grrrrr.. So we you tubed our way for half n hour. We followed ALL of the 3 major issues. And it worked. Power off and unplugg. Took apart and cleaned all valves/ hoses. Pump under the machine, checked and cleaned. About half an hour all up. Turned back on and its now working. All issues seemed to end once everything wad checked.

I purchased this wonderful machine after reading many reviews, talking with service people on how reliable this unit was.
I Clean the pump out on a regular basis, leave the door ajar to stop mold appearing from moisture and it still works like the day i got it.

June 28th 2017 Update: A perfect example ..

A washing machine without all the bells and whistles (flashing lights and music not full of electronics) but has all the features and does a fantastic job washing my clothes, we did our homework and looked at all the front loading washers before finding this little jem .. well done to the manufacturer :-)

Washes & cleans very effectively, clothes are well washed without being well worn, fast cycles are very efficient, minimum noise, easy to use & program. I have been very happy with the installation & continued use if this machine & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family or friends or neighbors.

July 13th 2017 Update: Great value for the $

I love this washing machine, so many programs, from the most delicate washes or heavy bedding & pillows. Washes, rinses & spins clothes efficiently without damaging them. It's quiet, energy & water efficient & has a short time efficient cycle. It's great value for money, for a quality machine. Very happy.

Purchased this machine about 12 months ago & extremely happy thus far. Has many wash options & temperature settings & cleans clothes really well. Being a front loader, it's also a lot gentler on clothes, towels etc.
Machine is not super quiet but is by no means too loud either. Daily express option is a bonus & I use this cycle for most of my loads of washing. Various spin speeds are also a plus. Definitely recommend this washing machine to anyone on a budget. So far, so good...

Very happy with my Euromaid purchase.
First time I have used a front loader and it cleans better than my previous top loader Fisher & Paykel.
I have a family of 5. The 7kg suits us fine and best part is the quick 39 minute cycle.
The spin dry is great, and doesn't crinkle my clothes.
Fantastic product for the price.
Have had it for 3 years with no issues.

This machine is my nightmare, I put it on a wash cycle then after the wash cycle, I have to manually turn it to rinse.
It doesn't wash very well, I have had to wash clothes again. The spin cycle leaves clothing quite wet and is also loud. Clothes are far too wet for a dryer.
I have had the repair man out twice, under warranty . If a website has this machine down as a special or the best buy, do not buy it. I suppose you get what you paid for.

For a cheap washing machine, it's a great one! I only use the daily express wash and it washes brilliantly (and I have a husband who works in motor sport so at times has very dirty clothes!). It's relatively quiet for a washing machine and I love that it has a timer delay function. I've had this machine for 2.5 years and had no issues, until today... but even that's not a negative. Suddenly the door wouldn't unlock after the cycle. Called up the after care service (thinking they might not help as it's just out of warranty) but they were FANTASTIC!! Didn't even ask about warranty just walked me through different things to do and low and behold the door unlocked! Can't fault the machine and certainly can't fault the service!!

This is a great machine once you get used to it. It washes, rinses and spins well, has lots of options, there is a quick wash cycle that is perfect for items that have only been worn for a short period of time and don't require the usual lengthy normal wash and it is great value for money.

Has been changed 2nd one- brand new WM7 but still can not use. The whole machine is jumping around when it spins and bang to the wall next to it.. When trying without clothes, it's ok.. But you put in doesn't matter how many pieces, it will jump.. My company engineer came to check and he changed another new one 2 but still the same.. What should I do now???

Cleans my clothes fabulously. Does not wear out the clothes. Fabulous washer. BUT lots of little LEAKS in the seals inside the motor have caused my cupboard that it sits on to buckle up with water damage and now it is SHORTING OUT my electricity.
Looking at the other reviews here, LEAKING is a COMMON FAULT.
Based on this fault, the short life span gives it a bad rating.

Bought the WM7 in Sept-2012. Got the extended warranty for 5 years. Well after normal weekly use, the front seal went flooding the laundry and kitchen. Rang for a warranty repair to be told seals aren't covered. Asked to buy a seal, but no seals are available until October, some two months away. So if your going to buy a Euromaid don't expect it to be repaired quickly.

!st front loader in 30 years--very happy with performance.Clothes well washed tho sometimes need extra rinsing.
Really needs to be raised off floor -difficult for older users to get to all clothes. That apart I am delighted with my purchase and its low water usage.Machine works very quietly and efficiently.

The machine was working well for over a year. We wash an average of 2-3 loads per week. Suddenly, last week, the machine "ended" after a wash but does not drain the water properly. Unless I switch off the power, I am not able to open the door. Once I open, I need to rinse the clothes by hand before drying them. Customer service helped me in resetting the machine. However, the drain function still does not work. I tried calling three times today. I was put on Hold to consult with others, but the call got disconnected. I get polite responses; however, I hope I am able to get a resolution on this soon. Please provide a reference number so that I can call again and get the machine fixed.

technician been out twice,still not fixed had nothing but trouble with computer board .i find when working as it should it is ok ......quite loud when spinning doesnt wear my clothes out but then i only use it 2/3 times a week and it has been out of action now for 2 weeks getting quite frustrated with the whole scenario ...wish never bought this brand should of stuck with brands i knew .....this machine i8s only 7 months old .
I wouls very muchlike my money back ..or a least a machine that works when you have a family it is emperitive to have a reliable machine.... yes the help page had all infomation needed ....but this hasnot fixed my machine waiting for replacement part but todate have not been notified .
