Dissapointed... Keeps turning itself off before its done cooking.
Purchased an Everdure E2Go BBQ with Natural Gas Kit and extra Plate/Grill. At first it seemed a good idea based on the fact that it was a lower cost than the Weber we where going to buy.
We are dissapointed with two main issues.
The Plastic holders on the side keep filling with rain water and do not drain.
The unit will flame out during any cooking that has the cover closed. This means it is almost impossible to do a roast without continuosly watching that the flames have not gone off whilst the gas is still on.

led by a professional gas qualified plumber. Seems like the product is not designed correctly or completely for a permanent outdoor application. Very Dissappointed after spending about $500 dollars. Bigger and Cheaper than a similar type. Flames out with Gas on. Cannot cook with cover closed, not good for roasting.

My E2GO is under pergola,no problems at all.To cook a roast on this Aussie Beast is no secret, just use low temp. with lid on and check somethimes. It cooks anything but spit roast.
Hey OETAM I tried your method with poor results, this product, in my humble opinion is not designed well.

Love it! BUT....
When I bought it, I was keen to get cracking. Unpacked it - what? No recipe book. what do I do now? Go to the opposition's website and grab the WeberQ manual. Contacted Everdure about my disappointment. Disappointing result. I now get by, thanks to WeberQ
Good cooking. Efficient on gas. Easy to stow. Trolley has no wheels.
No recipe book. Piezo ignition useless

Can't use a BBQ without a recipe book? Sad but funny.
Love it

How can I improve the gas flow

I recently had problems with flame height becoming very low. Although the injector looked clean to the naked eye... once I poked the injector hole using a fine piece of wire the flame height became nice and full and high again. So try that first. After that then try replacing the regulator - mine played up last year and caused low flame and shut offs.

Bought my e2go last week from Bunnings (floor stock). Cleaned the igniter with toothbrush but I still have have the same problem - a spark now and then, a click now and then and when it does light it has taken a long time and I am now sick of smelling gas each time it does not work which is just too much

Thanks very much but I have now been fully refunded, I really do not wish to have this replaced or repaired - if I'd have known you had to turn the control up to 5 times then if it did not light wait 5 minutes I would not have purchased in the first place. A very flimsy? ignition system I feel, and on top of that having the smell gas each time it did not work does not appear very safe or healthy. Thanks again

You may have to drill a couple of small holes in the plastic holders to allow the water to drain.
