Doesnt last
I used this BBq on an enclosed protected balcony and for about 10 times I was extremely happy with its service. However after the winter break( and I did replace the bottle) it only had a tiny flame. I sent an email to Everdure and they kindly sent me a hose and regulator. It didnt help and they gave me a repairman's no. He hadnt heard of this bbq and it would cost $77.00 to look at it before even fixing it. Im not going to spend any more money on this bbq. I am very disappointed with its service.

Great barbie for the patio as well as picnics.
Bought mine while on special at HN's. Has the advantage of cooking Weber style closed hood or Aussie style open hood. I don't know why Everdure push this as a picnic type bbq because there is plenty of cooking area and it looks good on the patio. Mine came with two grills and a flat hot plate which was a bonus as the latter is usually sold as an optional extra. Top product!

Dissapointed... Keeps turning itself off before its done cooking.
Purchased an Everdure E2Go BBQ with Natural Gas Kit and extra Plate/Grill. At first it seemed a good idea based on the fact that it was a lower cost than the Weber we where going to buy.
We are dissapointed with two main issues.
The Plastic holders on the side keep filling with rain water and do not drain.
The unit will flame out during any cooking that has the cover closed. This means it is almost impossible to do a roast without continuosly watching that the flames have not gone off whilst the gas is still on.
I have had the unit instal...Read more

My E2GO is under pergola,no problems at all.To cook a roast on this Aussie Beast is no secret, just use low temp. with lid on and check somethimes. It cooks anything but spit roast.
Hey OETAM I tried your method with poor results, this product, in my humble opinion is not designed well.

I used my e2go grill for the first time last weekend, it starts easily but the flame is very small. I had a hard time grilling my steak. I live in Cooombia and i wonder if you have technical support nearby?

Hi there Siew, Shriro Australia is the distributor of Everdure and we are unable to supply the flat grill plate until early November, you can go to Bunnings special order counter and order one and it will be sent as soon as we receive our shipment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The team at Everdure.

Not sure of the difference between e2go and e2go grill however I find even after using a new 9kg bottle there is not enough heat for good a BBQ when the control knob is set to high and left to heat up for around 30 minutes. Cooking is slow and no char.
I brought it from Bunnings already constructed except for the trolly, is there an adjustment allowing more or higher gas other than the control knob?

Hi brendan
I am finding the opposite. I put temp to high for about 10 mins to get needle on temp gauge to half way then lower control to low and find this more than adequate temp to cook roast etc.
I also use 9kg gas bottle. I do close the lid even when doing steak, sausages etc.
Maybe this is the difference.

Good morning,
Please contact our customer service team on 1300 739 033 they will assist with your enquiry.
Thank you.
No adjustments other than the control knob. Make sure once lit you close the lid and let it pre heat like an oven. Also they work best if you cook with the lid closed. Try and limit the amount of times you open the lid as you lose heat. These arent really like a standard bbq and work best with lids down. Once you get used to it you will love it.

You may have to drill a couple of small holes in the plastic holders to allow the water to drain.
