I was initially concerned what the quality would be like considering the cost but I had nothing to worry about, the plantation shutters, curtains and blockout blinds are all exactly what I wanted and look fantastic. Every step from initial consult to installation was great and everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and have done so to others.

2 experienced men, John & Ben from FDS measured for my blinds, one week apart, as is their protocol.
Neither one mentioned to me that the kitchen shutter would be impacted by a bank of drawers opening "smack" onto the shutter, thereby rendering the shutter permanently SHUT.
I only noticed it after installation when I opened a drawer.
Ben advised by phone, 3 weeks after my advice to their office, that they are not responsible. No one came to inspect the problem. Therefore, I can only presume that one or the other was aware of the anomaly.
In writing, I was asked to leave a review "IF I WAS SATISFIED". Aren't reviews for both for & against??

After some delay, due to the supply of goods from China being slow, our plantation shutters were finally installed and they look fantastic. Isaac, our installation professional, was just that. The staff at Factory direct, kept us in the loop at all times. I would not hesitate in using their services again.

The store was local and the staff were great and the man that installed them was so good he even cleaned up after he was finished will definitely recommend this company .

From sales to admin to install. Both sales and install guys turned up on time & date as promised. Nothing was to much trouble for admin when calling them & they followed up after install with a call to ask if we was happy.

The rep, Greg who came up and measured up and gave us a quote was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Was very helpful with our choices for the roller blinds and the shutters we received. Mark who did the installing was also prompt, (on time) efficient and polite. Admin staff also were very helpful and kept us informed of when the installation would be.
