Fanco Infinity iD DC

I bought this fan after a lot of research, I was looking for a quiet DC fan. The fan had a grinding motor on the lowest speed from the start. The electrician noted that on the invoice and recommended I contact the manufacturer as it's a fault with the motor. This was after the summer, so a few months later I get around to contact Fanco. I take a video of the issue and they respond with this nugget: it's normal for fans to make noise and they dont't think there's any issue and they refuse to do anything about it.

Once we managed to pair the fans with the app after being guided by fanco’s great customer service, we were totally thrilled with our fans. We love the look as well as the features offered which can be accessed via the remote control and the tuya app. The video attached was provided to us by Ron at Fanco and shows you how to pair the fan to the app. Definitely recommended!

Such a sleek modern fan! We have it in our bedroom and I love that it has a an extra gentle and slow speed on low which we have used heaps, but also has a great airflow on the higher speeds, just haven’t used them much being in Melbourne! Extremely quiet and perfectly balanced. The remote feels sturdy not cheap like our old fan remotes and is easy to use, love that it is also so stylish and when it’s in the cradle you don’t see the cradle just the remote. The Smart app has been handy as we leave the remote on the wall and can just use our phones if in bed. Took a few goes to get it connected but we got there. Really does tick all the boxes and with style!

Bought the Smart DC Fan and am extremely happy, much quieter than the previous AC fan. At full speed we still get wind noise but that is to be expected.

Installation was quite easy. Overall a very good unit.

Bought one fan for a 30sqm room. Like all other reviews, it is definitely quiet even at highest speed is great, aesthetically pleasing and a joy to have. Great for humid days, nights or just hot days. I bought the 54" with the remote function. Remote is easy and simple and can be wall attached by yourself. After the install, the electrician enjoyed cooling off with it.

Very happy with our purchase. The fan is very quiet, looks great, and being able to select the colour tone means we can match it to other lighting easily. A great product.

Bought 3 of these fans in March 2021 from Fansonline and we are very happy with them. They were for 3 bedrooms, so operating quietly was important, and they are indeed quiet. The electrician was very happy too as he said they are an easy fan for him to install. I like the stylish look of the fan in the room, and they are very powerful at top speed. They come with remote that has a wall cradle, which you can put by the door, or by the bedside, which we did, and find very handy. If you walk into the room in the dark you can still flick the normal...

Just purchased Franco Smart Fan. Very impressive sleek line and it gives very effective air movement even on mid settings. Very simple to use manually, but has also has a smart app to use from phone. The fan is so quiet! It's difficult to know if it's actually on and there is no vibration or humming. So pleased we actually replaced our old fan. Excellent product, thanks. Would certainly recommend it.

We decided to opt for the newest model, with the different light settings, ( bright/soft) they cost a little more but were worth it- as the blue bright light is really bright so it's good to have the option of a yellow softer light. We purchased three fans and all are working extremely well. Definitely the quietest fans i've ever come across. Make the rooms so much cooler. In the hight of summer they've made the difference from a bad to good nights sleep. They are also extremely good looking fans. We're very happy.

Got the fan for my mum’s bedroom. Just the perfect size. Impressed with the quality of the fan, 6 speed settings. There are 3 lights options you can choose from and they are dimmable. The remote keeps the last light setting with the on/off button. Also it is great that you can control the fan from your phone, you only need to download the app. What else could you ask for? I’m really happy I purchased this fan!
