Michael responded to my sms about a non-urgent but slow draining set of drains. He responded, set a time, attended, cleared out the drain, all while I'm still waiting for three other businesses to respond. He was able to fit it in between other jobs, and did very well. Polite and a very clean professional, he turned up on time, communicated well and did the job with no fuss. I'll be using him on a laundry renovation that he looked at while he was here.
