You tube has all of a sudden stopped working on both of our TVs both ffalcon 55inch both brought on the same day brand new and both stopped working the same day ?? How can we fix these Netflix works but the home page doesn't load help please !!
Same. Just started having this problem today also.... ive done the on/off thing... but nothing
I unplugged the tv,s and anything else that is attached to the tv and took the plugs out of the wall socket left them out five to ten minutes plugged them back in and now they are both working
I was watching Netflix before and I finished so I pressed the home button and it sort of loaded but only the "home videos tv apps" words show up and the wifi logo and the rest of the screen is black. I tried turning it off for a few minutes, still happened. I unplugged it, nothing. I turned off the outlet and unplugged it for around town minutes and it's still happening. The remote will go back to Netflix, open settings and turn off but other than that it's not doing anything
Ours was just doing that and we pressed Netflix button then tvguide button and it started working again strangely
The homescreen has gone black. I can still use Netflix and Stan through the remote, is there a way to restore the settings?
Same here, everything but the home screen works. Tried re-setting the TV and it didn’t do anything. Ugh.

Top Half of screen has randomly gone darker than the bottom half, anyone know if FFalcon will fix it? seems like multiple people have the same issue till the tv just breaks and goes black
Purchased a 55" Ffalcon TV about 9 moths ago, sound quality is POOR! I have tried playing with several settings/adjustments to no avail. Anyone have suggestion on settings to improve the quality???.

I'm having issues with Netflix on my ffalcon tv. It comes up we're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title. Error code tvq-pb-101 (5.2.102). I've already contacted netflix and done all their trouble shooting and still no luck. Can anyone help? Up until a few days ago it was fine.

Hi Suzanne if you purchased your tv online or at JB hi-fi they will probably honour that fact that the product should not just stop working. My tv only lasted 13 months so clearly there is a known iss...
