First National Real Estate Belmont
First National Real Estate in Belmont NSW, lacks any professionalism, morals, or ethics. With many agents in the area to choose from, it is not worth taking a risk with this company.
Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly sabotaged me and lost me tens of thousands
This agency actively sabotaged my interest, losing me over 20K and will end up costing me over 4OK in repair & replacement of the work.
I had made contact tell them that I wanted them to arrange access for a painter who I had selected, to externally paint the house. The receptionist answered and said I should use her husband, instead, stating he was the best in the business. He was not registered or insured, he lied that both of these were in place. He put in a bid for the job, and commenced work.

... Read moreney, 90% of it, but doing very little of the house. He kept saying paint was being washed off by rain. He would leave a terrible mess everywhere, and the tenants were in tears. [Name Removed] got fined by WorkSafe for not following lead abatement measures, and the tenants picked up that he was doing a terrible job, but property manager [Name Removed] convince me that they were crazy & lying. [Name Removed] sent around a so-called “independent painter” [Name Removed] to claim the job was going fine. [Name Removed] worked for the agency as an agent - they never wants to declared this conflict of interest. My tenants discovered it [Name Removed] THEN injured his leg playing football, decided after it healed (6 weeks) that he didn't want to finish the job, due to mental health - his wife sent a follow up email 4 March 2022 saying she didn't want him to attend the property to drop off the leftover paint - confirming that they were the ones that were breaking contract.FN BUNDABERG TERRIBLE
unprofessional as they get. The guys at FN BUNDABERG are as janky as they get. No actual knowledge of legalisation or sales. The agents are slow and slack.
Property Manager Amy Gilfillan FNL
My shout out goes to Amy Gilfillan at First national Realestate..
From the bottom of my heart, I just want to thank you for all the hard work you put in for us over these past few years / months, and the care you took during our tenancy with all that we have been through.. You made searching for another home a breeze, given how tough the rental market is.. You encouraged us to keep searching / trying.. Even when I felt like giving up and we couldn’t have done it without your expertise and guidance..

The ideal estate agents
Special thanks to Alex Haggarty who was most helpful and went above and beyond. It was definitely a most enjoyable experience. Also thanks to the entire team at first national. Always friendly, happy and nothing was too hard, even if the question seemed silly. Would recommend this firm in a heartbeat.

Very helpful and reliable agent in Newtown
Agent Eva is always around here to look after the place clean and if have any issues came up, she always came to right away and solve those issues we had.
Disgusting rental managers Traralgon
Mould in the home. Notice sent of same Aug 22. No call to follow up or any message. Only seen mould as shown to the rental agent after showing prospective new tenants in October, he Stated home does not meet Minimum standards still no follow up. Finally put in breach notice. It was inferred we caused extensive mould. Only in rental 9 months. Offered Finally to clean at there cost even though mould has caused significant health issues. Unfortunately advised by medical team can't be cleaned while we are living there. They are unresponsive and put the blame on the owner stating that he doesn't care and they can't make him fix it.
Broken Hill First national
An absolute real estate from hell.
If you're looking for a real estate to rent a house through, I strongly DO NOT recommend Broken Hill First National. They do not care about there tenants and if a rental is unhabitable.
My 2 children and I are now left with ongoing illnesses from mould from a rental that was rented through Broken Hill first national.
Furniture & alot of belongings that had to be thrown out because of the mould in the property.
My biggest fear was being evicted while Broken Hill was in a rental crisis while being a single mo

Absolutely Awful
We rent a flat from FNDK. From the day we moved in there has been a noisy, sleep disrupting grey water pump in the garage, and a fairly serious leak in the ceiling that causes the entire joined garage to flood with 2 inches of water whenever it rains.
As you can imagine, living in a constantly damp and musty smelling house has taken a toll on our health and sanity.
There is black mould growing up the walls in the garage, and anything that is stored on the floor has been ruined.
We first contacted FNDK about these problems in October 2022, an

It is now March 2023 and we have lost the will to fight with these absolutely useless people. We will not be remaining in the flat for another winter of flooding. But we will be sure to pass a copy of all of our correspondence with FNDK on to the new tenants so that they can haul them in front of VCAT the moment they dodge a repair request.First National Neilson Partners
Due to poor health I had to have a tenants in my factory and therefore I also required a property manager. I entrusted Neilson Partners to represent me as my property managers. The property was in immaculate condition when Neilson Partners commenced the property management. Sadly, throughout a 6 year tenancy Neilson Partners property managers made numerous errors and mistakes in their handling of various property management matters. The result of these mistakes ended up to be extremely expensive for me to rectify when the tenant vacated this pr

At this time as an “insult to injury” a director at this firm turned nasty on myself, and used smoke screens such as allegations of how we treated their staff etc. When in reality we tolerated a very bad attitude and poor work from one of their property managers over several years duration. Our tenant was also verbally abused by this property manager. Then to cap it off the directors of Neilson Partners finally became aware that they had screwed up our property, they decided at a extremely diffficult time of make good, to terminate their services! One has to ask yourself before ever entrusting anything to Neilson Partner’s this question:: If it all goes sour and I have property damage will this firm stand by me? Think very carefully and protect yourself from people that when all is said and done, DO NOT care about your hard earn’t asset. The photo below details the interior of our property that suffered surface contamination and a slab fractured in multiple locations. This could have been avoided had this person not acted outside his level of expertise and he had arranged the correct experts to address the issues. The second photo details storage of materials in the designated carpark area that was not reported by the property manager.- +2

Pathetic and hopeless service
On one end you are rushed to get into a contract and on the other they do not get it signed as the seller is suddenly in hospital. Wanted more professional excuse honestly. All they want to do is keep getting higher value, even the valuation is less haha. And then you end up paying all solicitors fees. Interesting ..good to keep away!
Eviction Christmas Eve
After paying rent for three years I received a knock at the door.... registered eviction notice. Now very confused I ring for two days no reply. Now apparently we had missed an ENTIRE months rent in April. No txt no email no phone calls. I have sent proof of payment through to them but will not be expect an apology. Why would you not have followed up on our supposed missed rent? Why would you not think it strange that two people who've payed rent for three years would just not pay??? Real estates that go after the little guys us renters who cannot afford to buy are disgusting!!
First national MH worse experience
I leased a property from first national MH 2 years ago. The house was very poor quality considering it was a new home. Leaving this property was a nightmare. After having things fixed that was damaged by children the agent and the landlord wanted payments for wear and tear. I asked the agent to take me to vcat as I was not paying anything more than I did. Vcat was on our favour as the tenant and said that the landlord and agent is claiming wear and tear and voided everything. The agent had the audacity to lie in the vcat hearing to say I agreed

Horrible experience, they have caused so much stress to release my bond. Finally received my bond due to vcat and have them out of my life. I would not recommend first national MH especially Leanne Abdullah as a agent.Questions & Answers
