First Stop Tilers & Bathroom Renovations

I had similar situation with Bill. He gave an Agreement quote to renovate bathroom. Took the deposit and never did the work. Gave all sorts of excuses. Went through Vcat got the Sheriff and a warrant but unable to locate Bill. Out right robbery and should be reported to prevent others being involved with Bill. It’s a scam.

[name removed] is nothing but a con man. He has been running this scam of getting the deposit from various customers and never intended to do any work at the first place. I went through VCAT and got the order for [name removed] to pay back the deposit plus the legal expenses incurred. He just choose to ignore. Sheriff's office is enforcing the order. Anyone got hold of [name removed] lately on his phone?

Bill has taken nearly $5000 of my money for a new bathroom but 9 weeks later he has left me with nothing but a gutted bathroom and a pile of rubbish. He has lied over and over again about why he’s not finished it. He even said one of his workers had died and he was busy planning the funeral as an excuse why had ignored my calls and texts. I finally had enough and he agreed to refund my money but has failed to do so and is now ignoring me.

Took more than 20k for works and only some demolishing and plastering job half done.

Lied using an electrician and plumber when the roughins were only half done. No certificates offered

Job abandoned and no return calls SMS or emails

Have been defrauded

This business took a deposit for work on a bathroom, over 6 weeks later only have about 2 hours work done, a mess of plaster in our front garden, no refund, no return calls, lied about being sick when it was clear he was working in the cbd. He has now taken down the visitors posts on his FB page as it shows me and 2 others asking why he took money then did nothing.
If you want an actual professional never use them.
