Unsafe shelving which can easily pivot and drop off rails - High risk of personal injury
From the day this was installed, I noted the flat shelving can easily pivot off the extendable tracks.
F&P have been informed and upgraded the extendable tracks on my oven to prevent the problem though they are refusing to place a recall on this product to prevent injuries to other users.
F&P told me they have sold 'thousands' of these without a report of injury, however this is clearly an accident waiting to happen which is easily prevented with replacement extendable tracks.

Read morerisk is so high. F&P needs to recall this product and provide the necessary retrofit extendable tracks to ALL customers. I have been fighting to get this addressed since May 2020 and it is now the end of August 2020 with no progress for other owners of this unsafe product.
