DONT BUY this machine if you want clean dishes
Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6This is the biggest flop out and an expensive one. Dishes are never washed properly and when I followed up with F-P they told me the double drawer is not really a dishwasher in the traditional sense. So rinse everything well !!! I have had three break downs in just over 12 months and have to wait weeks for warranty service person. The heater has been replaced but I got the blame as it had a cockroach in it. The guy said he wont replace it a second time. Now the cycle wont turn off -just keeps going so have to turn off at wall and wait for warranty serviceman again. Don't buy . There are plenty of cheaper and more reliable options.

Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6Doesnt drain doesnt clean, pre sure ive been using the same watwr for a few months got sick of it pilled the bottom up an now its draining on my floor. You should be sued into the ground.

Most pathetic service we ever recieved from a company.
Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6Technician came out 3 times in December. The Dishwasher is still not fixed. No one called us to keep is updated. Empty promises. Not a accountable or credible company. Hopefully someone will sort this out soon.

Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6I have had similar problems with the F/P dishdraw machine.
Large quantities of water over my timber floor at least once a month and has wrecked my timber carcass that it is built into, not to mention my floor .Another few reviewers have mentioned leaks and one attributes it to crumbs blocking hoses which sounds feasible .I always rinse dishes before packing into washer but I think it doesn't take much to block the narrow hoses and overflow.

Great dishwasher
Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6We have had this dishwasher for 5 years now and only problem we had was in the first 6 mths when the circuit board went. It was under warranty so we rang the service department and they sent a technician to fix it, he knew exactly what had gone as it was a common fault with this model. since then it has run like clock work. We use it every day and love having the second draw. we never run out of clean cutlery and glasses anymore.

Double DishDrawer Series 6 DD60DCM6First one died after about 18 months with an electronic fault and a horrible burning smell.and replaced under warranty. Second one just over 2 years old stators in motors failed taking out housing in top unit and not far from trashing housing in bottom unit $600+ repair bill. ...2 units in under 4 years.
