why do different companies give different model numbers for the 2020 fisher and paykel double drawer dishwasher ?

Hi, I bought my double dish drawer in November 2022 and have not at all been happy with it. I had an earlier model years ago that was fantastic hence the reason to purchase this one again. I used finish dishwasher tablets in the basket (on tray provided) and found there was often still some of the tablet left after the wash and the dishes were not clean. I have tried different wash cycles and no difference. Top and bottom drawer both the same. I have since changed to finish powder which is better (not usually left over after wash) however quite often the dishes are still dirty. I rinse the dishes well before stacking and do not over stack. I have also cleaned the filters regularly. I am not sure what else to try. Any suggestions? I am so unhappy with this dishwasher.

My dishdraw disher doesn't clean properly. I have cleaned the dishwasher many times but it still does the same thing. Some dishes are still dirty. My utensils have gone a funny colour and they are stainless steel. Also my utensil holder doesn't have a place to put a tablet, can I buy a new untensil holder from somewhere. Ty.

Cleaning is actually simple and you DON'T need to buy expensive cleaning products I'll even bet you have this in your pantry A handful of Bi-Carb and a good splash of white vinegar will do the job Put this in and run it on the shortest cycle INSTANT CLEAN

My machine is 5 years old. Recently I have had trouble setting the machine. My regular setting is Fast and ECO 33 minutes. Lately when I press the middle button to start the cycle it displays I to 10 and does this several times before I hear the motor start. What if any does the lock system far right do?

Hi Janet,
We just had very bad experience from them. Any product might give you problems but it's about customer service and this is non excisting with them. They dont answer calls, return calls or keep you up to date. All of the best.

I can't change the program on my double draw dishwasher! It's stuck on heavy wash. I've tried pressing key sign, turning power off. Also it keeps beebing every fee minutes.

Open the drawer make sure the setting light is on whichever it’s stuck on, Wet a microfiber cloth and rub it back n forth along the bits showing the different settings.... it solved the problem of mine being stuck on the fast setting. I found I could then press it to change the setting.

Prefer finish - more reliable than most.
I thought you can only use powder on the double dish draw not tablets or liquid
