How do you use both drawers simultaneously

we have not used the dishwasher for 9 month and when we decided to use it there is no power we tried other power point still would not start.

My top drawer has no power.
Bottom drawer is fine..

Can you run the top and bottom drawers simultaneously?

The top drawer of Fisher & Paykel diswasher (the dishwasher is about 10 years old) does not complete the wash cycle for any of the programs. it stops after about 26 minutes and gets struck on it and continues running. Any suggestions

We have this dishwasher and it is dangerous. How do you stop it from tilting forward and almost falling over when you open up one or both drawers?

Are you able to wash with one drawer individually? as I live alone and do not have many dishes to wash, therefore I am only wanting to install a double drawer washer for property resale purposes only in the future. I already have a big washer and I am hoping that the installation will be simple.
