I am sorry - but I don't know

Might be a build up of ice causing a copper wire in the freezer section to slightly rub against the freezer fan

Can the door be hinge side be changed? Shops don't seem to stock a fridge with the hinge on the left!

I don't think so. The hinge is pretty screwed in up top so you'd have to undo that and drill into the other side. Also I doubt you could switch the handles over.

Thank you for your answer, though I later found the answer from the online manual, and your answer was totally WRONG. Next time don't GUESS!

You can order a kit for $45 from Fisher and Paykel to change the door side.

The freezer has had no frost in it whatsoever - so (from my point of view) yes it is.

My experience is the same as the others - after two years, no frost at all, so I'd say yep, frost-free.
