Does 00 stay displayed after was is finished?
1 answer
If as you say the listing is monitored by Fisher & Paykel representatives, perhaps they may answer! Although I doubt it, as I didn't ever receive a reply to my letters to this lot... Sorry Maria, while I don't quite understand your question I can understand your frustration, as their instruction books are a disgusting mess. Can I say I have received a lot of help from a mechanic from a supplier here in Melbourne Australia. But this would only help if you are living in this region! One thing I can say, other than sorry! Never make the same mistake twice and tell your friends and family, these people treat their customers very poorly.

Hi. I have a DD60S17 and it stops at the rinse with a 1-3-4 error and beeping every second. The error is for a spray bar loose or water pressure is too low. Neither is a problem. What else could be wrong? Philip

Above is the link for the user manuals, I can’t see your error code so am unsure but this might be the time to contact customer care see link below :-)

Thanks. I had reviewed the user manual and the 1-3-4 code is a U6 fault for a loose spray arm or low water pressure. I will contact F&P customer care and see if they can help.

I’m a looking to buy a single draw dishwasher for a high end party bus I am building and was wondering what’s the quickest wash cycle and best model to buy ?
1 answer
Hi Darren,
RV dishwashers are a bit different to household models. If you search online you will see 450mm wide and drawer models, some that advertise minimum water use etc. The Fisher & Paykel model we have has approximately 30min fast cycle and around hour and half medium however with the knock on the front system its easy to pause and reprogramme. If your party bus was hooked up to 240v and mains water as well as being mainly used to wash glasses I would ask your local club or hotel what they use. Other sources of info would be the many RV forums where all sorts of questions are answered sometimes even correctly. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful but hope your party bus is a winner. :- )

I have the dish drawer and the drying fan only stops if I open the drawer. I have read all the reviews and answers of this normal it runs for a set time. So I put the dishwasher in at 7.30 and it’s now 21.57 was a 107 min wash and the fan is still running! Surely that is not normal? Model is Dd60DAX9

Hi Samantha yes the fan will stop when you open the door and wash in finished.I do a 35min fast wash and it works a treat for all.Hope this is of help :)
Hi Kiwi, thanks I have a service tech coming to see me today as the drying after the wash has ended runs until I open the drawer, it’s no longer a “set time” just constant
The fan draws approx 1Watt of power ie 30c every 1000 hrs use.
I see it as a reminder that the was has finished - better than beep sounds

hello, i am worried about the bad reviews of your only integrated single drawer. i don't want a built in, as i like the look of the neatness of an integrated one. however, i have read the reviews and the DD 60S17 gets shocking reviews. can you tell me please if you have improved it?
1 answer
There is a phase 7 dishdrawer which can be integrated.
I think the biggest problem with the SI7 is there is no control on the front and installers don't leave the remote with the customer.
It starts, runs, gets an error and stops - and the customer cannot do anything because they don't have a remote.
I've been told the SI7 can be integrated with extra components eg isolator.

How long is a normal general cycle?
2 answers
I don't know probably 1 he 20. I always use fast cycle for stuff that's been rinsed and it's about 40 minutes.
Rudi K.Fisher & Paykel
Normal cycle is approximately 128 minutes.
Wash times can vary depending on the incoming water temperature, ambient conditions, type of dish load and whether the drawer has been opened during the wash. Wash times are only APPROXIMATE on the electronic display and based on 20oC (New Zealand and Australia),

My Single draw dishwasher FAN keeps running LONG LONG after the washing cycles are completed. Model DD60CHX1.
Is this standard?
If so, how long should the fan run for?
If not what is the FIX for this problem?
Sue

Rudi K.Fisher & Paykel
This is normal. The drying fan continues to run for a set period of time after a program has finished to assist with drying.
The fan will automatically stop after the set time is over, or when the drawer is opened. In some cases, the fan may resume when
the drawer is closed again.
If I'm walking past and the cycle is finished but the fan still going I just open the drawer to stop it and let the dishes dry naturally.

Does anyone have a DD90ST12 F&P Dishwasher drawer? (90cm wide) Thinking of getting this for the new home we are building.
1 answer
I live alone in average size unit. Chose the single drawer deep F&P Dishwasher and am very happy with it. I had it integrated so sits nicely under the bench behind the cupboard door. I have been using the dishwasher for about 6 months. It is super quiet, can't always tell if it is finished it is so quiet. I do a quick rinse prior to putting dishes in dw but have tried not rinsing and the result is the same. No water stains or dirt on dishes at finish of wash. Would fully recommend the model of Fisher & Paykell dishwasher I chose.
