Better than the Bosch
This is by the far the best washing machine I have used. My Bosch machine died after 3 years and decided to try Fisher & Paykel and I couldn't be happier.
You can't hear it running due to the direct drive which is really good.
The Wash cycles are really good and has every cycle you could think of.
Would recommend.

Good.
I find it good to use with a range of settings and various cycles and options. Once I got used to it I realised which were the best settings for me as I ilike the shorter wash times and find they are sufficient to get our clothes good and clean.

WH7560P2- Many options to choose from washing machine
After much research I decided to go with the F&P WH7560P.
Purchased it today: 4/10/18.
So mainly used the two short cycle washes so far: 15 and 30 minutes.
It does say for the quick cycle (30 mins) to limit the load to 4 kgs, and the super quick ( 15 mins) to 2 kgs load!
I found the washing time was true.
Will do some longer washes and update this review.
I did pay to get the machine professionally installed too, I thought the benefit of that, if it was DOA ( he did a small test, to check for leaks and to make sure it actually started!...Read more
Purchased in October 2021 at The Good Guys Physical store for $841.00.

Great!
Great times, short cycle is helpful! The longer cycles are still not too long. I usually do 3 loads or so a week so not a large user but very satisfied with the quality of the Wash. it is quiet and spin cycle dries well. Good that wou can select temp and speed

Had a few issues.
First the lightpanel went in the front, had to get someone out to fix it which fisher and pukel were super helpful with.
I mostly used the everyday setting, and when I did last week it would not work at all had to leave it overnight and it sussed itself out!

Quietest washing machine I've been had in years
I absolutely how quiet this is compared to any other washing machine I've had. It washes clothes really well, it can take a while but it does such a good job and uses less water so I'm happy to live with that. The add garment feature is a life saver I don't know how I lived without it.

Works Well
I got this machine as I was recommended Fisher & Paykel by more than one shop assistant while looking for a new fridge, washer and dryer. I ended up going with Fisher and Paykel for all three. I am beyond happy with the washing machine - I do wish it was bigger, as for 7.5 kg I feel its small, but it works well and I am happy with the daily cycle I use - Do be careful with the cycle you choose, some last for hours!

Great washing machine!
This washing machine runs very smoothly and provides a fantastic wash of our clothes!
Everything comes out bright and fresh.
It runs quietly and efficiently.
I love that you can add in clothes that may have been forgotten to be put in. One feature I do miss from my old machine though, is the feature to create my own cycle setting, which you can’t do with this one.
Overall I’m very happy with this machine!

Quiet and fast
Never had such a quiet washing machine before. The settings are very intuitive and customising your own cycles was a breeze. My clothes don't stretch even when spun at high rates like above 800. 7.5kg is plenty of room for 2 of us for a whole weeks worth of clothes. Love it!

Not a good quality product and pathetic customer service
Within 2 weeks of buying this product, started having issues with timing on display. Machine takes over 2hr 10min for 59 min cycle even when proper instructions followed most of the time. Called Customer Service to complain and Technician was sent to assess the machine who told me that there are cases with this Model where customer complained about this particular problem.I showed technician Videos and Pic's made during the wash showing it stuck on same time over 8 min and more and displaying wrong time making you wait for hours before you put ...Read more
another lot in and he only offered to change display but I asked for the replacement unit as it was only 2 weeks Old and I expect highest quality product from F&P which he couldn't and advised to speak to Customer Service.Called Customer Service and explained the adviser on the phone but she wasn't ready to listen and got rude over the phone and hung up.Complained through social media platform but they couldn't help either and repeated the same answer as Customer Service so now I am stuck with them and need to allow full day to do my Laundry as I don't know how long I have to wait for each wash. Please be ware of buying this F&P product else ready for terrible Service and Support. I wouldn't recommend F&P to anyone.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Shocking customer service
Our machine was super loud- turns out we have a major known fault. We also bought a condenser dryer from this brand- also had a major known fault. Shocking customer service on both occasions . Bought 2 products- both had major faults. Didn’t meet any of the deadlines they promised to fix. Eventually got a refund on one product - as they couldn’t resolve. Living without a washing machine at the moment while I wait for them to get their act together. Every time you call the hotline you wait 30 mins to speak to someone. Shocking customer service w...Read more
hen you do speak to someone. Seriously consider other brands that deliver a great support service and products don’t regularly have major faults. No wonder their customer service is so busy- products are not good qualitySimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I use it for myself and my three dogs and it washes everything cleaner than the top loaders I’ve had
I used the wool cycle as I had a jumper that needed it softly washed it come out beautiful soft and smelt beautiful. When I do the dogs blankets and their jackets they come up smelling so fresh and clean and that’s what it’s all about Clean fresh clothes always

Clothes are So Clean
I am a big convert to front loader after many years using top loaders. The first two things I noticed were the clothes come out so dry due to the high spin speed and the clothes are SO much cleaner. You pay the price with a long wash time and you cant alter the wash so easily but the results speak for themselves. There is also significant water savings. I am delighted with the washer and hope it lasts many years.

Very very good machine
This was a good experience in buying a top line machine. It cleans and spins clothes to nearly dry and is a very quiet and power, water and energy efficient. Best machine we have had since our last Fisher and Paykell which we sold to our neighbour who says it is still going well.

OK. Wouldn't buy again
This machine looks nice, is quiet and has lots of features but the cycle times are random so putting a load on and trying to hang it out before you go out becomes impossible. Twice now the 2h 27m cycle has taken almost 4 hours to complete and in summer this means having to put it back on again when you come home as wet clothes sitting in a washer in humid conditions smell. If you're a busy person constantly racing around this is a big problem. I also find that although I'm using the same detergents and the same cycle as my old LG machine, my...Read more
whites don't come out nearly as clean or bright. One other small thing ... the washing powder drawer extends into the top of the machine so you can't have a dryer directly on top of it or you can't open and close the drawer properly. Dryer needs to sit a few cms back which might be a consideration. It's OK but not as good as the cheaper machine I had before.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Leaks intermittently
Leaks intermittently. I fixed it for a while and it was fine for 2 months, the other day though, it started to leak again. I don't know why. I checked all the connections. The leaking doesn't appear to affect the way it washes, and it washes great. And it's really quiet.

Perfection at its finest.
My partner and I just moved into our first home together, we decided on the trusty old Fisher & Paykel and it definitely did not disappoint.
It’s quick, quiet, reliable, and cleans the clothes back to its original store bought condition. The quick feature settings come in handy when you need it done in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a decent machine at a decent price.

Very good washing machine. Very quiet
Our old washing machine broke down recently and we got this as a replacement and so far pretty impressed with it. It is a lot quieter than our old machine but does a fantastic job at cleaning all clothes including whites and colours. It has a lot of new functions I haven't seen before.

Amazing - Good Machine
We were researching a lot about the machines and decided to buy this one and were very happy with decision. Machine is quite and 1400 RPM clothes are almost dry at the end. Love the quick cycle and add a garment feature. It has hot and cold inlets so can use Gas hot water to save on energy. Quite happy with wash cycle and results.
