Does the job very well, so quiet -- unbelievable. Add a garment function ---Love it . First time bought top loader - lot of water savings . As per manual machine reminds you to drum clean after every 100 washes but we never got one .no issue though still very happy with the product.

I love this washing machine! I've never had an issue with it. It has a great variety of settings and includes a drum clean option. It even has short 15 and 30 mins cycles for quick washes. It has a classy finish and is extremely easy to use. Wonderful value and very energy and water efficient.

My last Samsung that I had for a long time died on me so had to get a new one. Went to The Good Guys and the rep recommended this one, I'm so glad we listened to him. My son suffers from eczema and noticed the machine has an allergy setting, which we needed. It washes clothes perfect every time and when you need it done quick you can use the 30 min cycle. It works so quiet too wouldn't even know it was on if not in the same room. All in all..I love it, great machine.

Clean and rinse the clothes thoroughly.
Does not wear out the clothes.
It has many different washing options which I really like.
Super quite even when it is spinning.
Really love this washing machine, the best one I have so far.
It's not very cheap but definitely worth every cent of it.

Our old top loader died, so we swapped to this front loader. It's probably a really obvious thing, but we didn't think about how bent over you need to be when loading/unloading. That inconvenience aside, it's a good washer that seems very water efficient. A little bit noisy during the spin cycle, but overall we're happy with it.

First Washer for new home - Paired with dryer - Reliable, easy to use, and value for money
New house, obviously had to have a washer and dryer ready.
Went with a pair of Fisher & Paykel, had a cash back offer at the time, so good value buying both.
Easy to install, and very easy to use. The panel on the front is very self-explanatory.
The different modes are useful, as my partner uses the washer for her delicate and sheets, and I use it for quick washes for work clothes and gym wear. No damage to clothing at this stage. The quick wash is gold for me, as I'm always in a rush.
Not too loud, but not quiet either. What I would expect from a washing machine.

I want to preface this review by saying I used to have the discontinued 7.5kg F&P Washsmart model so I have based my review on my previous experience. The machine has great features - a lot of different presets and I love the fact that it allows you to add in clothes that you have forgotten. However, I find the machine quite loud in comparison to the old model - I've made sure it's perfectly level and the delivery man even came out again to check that it was installed properly but the machine still makes quite a lot of noise. However, considering the machine does a great job with the clothes, it's a small price to pay.

One of the better washing machines that I have purchased. Cleans and rinse the clothes really well. There are plenty of settings to adjust to suit your liking. Typical run time for front loader. Does not wear-out your clothes as opposed to other top loader washing machines. Runs really quietly even with the laundry door opens. You could also add clothes in if you forget.

So far I have been using for about 4 washes and I have to say the washing machine is quite good.
Compared to my last washers (samsung) was quite slow for everyday washes.
For everyday wash will take minimum 56 minutes which is good.
On top of that the machine looks sleek and paired it with the heatpump F&P.

I love this washing machine. My last one was another brand that I bought about 11 years ago and the noise always annoyed me. This new one is so quiet. Everything comes out super clean. I'm also finding the extra wash options really handy, especially rinse plus and the allergy cycle.

Seriously happy. Have owned a fisher & paykel washing machine for over 10 years never missed a beat but finally died two months ago. So we did our research asked others etc then decided on fisher & paykel again. Not only is this machine front loader but it's seriously quiet. Has fantastic quick cycle 30mins and then longer for my partners work clothes. Has all the looks, bells n whistles that you would expect but then is so simple to use. You don't have to go to a menu looking for menus to set settings. Such a great price then because it has 4star energy n 4 star water we could get the government rebate so got this baby for a steal. Very happy!

Extremely delicate clothes come out fine, amazing almost dry rinse cycle and saves on power. I only ever used too loaders but will always use front loaders from now on. Minimum ironing required. Win- win. Also quiet and lots of options that actually do what they say. A must have for a busy working family with kids

Has plenty of options and functions. Cloths come out clean and nearly dry as well. We do stacks of washing in a house of 4 with a baby. We also use cloth nappies and the soak option in the washing machine is great. Our reusable nappies still look brand new.

This machine is very perfect as it washes clean and spin very dry.
The machine does not wear out clothes it is performance is excellent and brillant
The machine is medium in terms of noise but washes clean
The features of the machine are easy to use and user friendly
6 months old, had technician out three times and again tomorrow. Doesn't rinse all the soap out. Takes 30min to complete the last 8 minutes. Told the technician it takes two hours for delicate cycle. He said they work best with a full load. Can't wash what I require...NO use to me.
It would have been a peace of mind when decided to purchase this machine instead it was a bad choice all along. The Out of Balance headache reoccurred about 2/10 washes and sometimes it takes about 2 or more hours to finish the 8 minute (last) cycle. Now two years warranty has just expired and looking to scrap it for something else NOT F&P again.

Very effective at cleaning and rinsing, no issues with retained detergent residue (using both powder and liquid). No issues with clothes catching or being damaged. High maximum spin speed gets clothes and sheets/towels very dry without excessive creasing. Machine is very quiet when washing, but is not incredibly quiet when spinning. My machine is installed on a wooden floor, so moved around until the feet were set level (the floor is not very level).
The machine can have difficult with smaller loads (e.g. a few sheets or towels), as it won't...
Read more spin until it works out how to balance itself. On some programs this can add 15-20 minutes. The timer will sit at 8 minutes to go until the machine decides it is happy. Plan for the cycles to take a little longer if the load is unbalanced. High capacity, can fit 5 sets of heavy work clothes easily and still washes effectively. Control panel is simple to use, machine is easy to open and fill. Quality of some parts is not as good as some European machines (e.g. the panels are powder coated not enamelled).- 6 reviews

Good wishing mashing. A lot of small but very handy features like 15 minuets quick washing program or option to pause any time you want. It get the job done very well however if you have big load of heavy stuff then it have tendency to massively extend washing time or even go in circles and never stop washing. I understand why it does it and I’m not going to go technical but simple option to force the program to finish on time will make this machine perfect.

The machine perform as advised by seller without any difficulty or faults. Would recommend to anybod
Wash laundry to perfection on program selected. Different to top loader, clothes are undamaged. All cycles are quite even when spinning cycle is on, sometime we have make certain that the washing machine is working due to quietness of operation. Best for homes which want to save water consumption as the requirement for water use is much less than any top loader washing machines and we had the best units prior this one. Fully recommend for the money you spent and save in a longer time.

Fisher & Paykel have outdone themselves with this machine, options are off the planet, it is truly a smart machine. Loading tray is extremely easy to navigate and the instructions are self explanatory. When I got in trouble or couldn't understand something a quick phone call to their very helpful service centre put me on the right track.

Perfect machine. Has fast cycle 30 minutes which is great, but can choose from many cycles to suit. It is really quiet which I love as I wash late in the evening. It doesn't take up as much room as a top loader which is another bonus. Overall I'm more than impressed..good job fisher and paykel

First time buying a brand new washing machine and I'm glad this was my choice. Washes everything from towels, sheets, everyday wear and oily work clothes amazingly well and the 1400rpm spin cycle (which is super quiet) really helps to get then dry faster. Has a basket load of helpful features like add a garment (because you always find an extra shirt or that missing sock), change the clothing soil level, wrinkle free, and a decent variety of wash cycles to chose from with 'Everyday' finishing in only 59 minutes. Love this machine and would highly recommend!
