We anticipate that this won’t be more than a few weeks away but in the meantime, your membership will remain suspended and will be reactivated in the coming weeks (keep an eye on emails from your employer and our FAQ's for more details).
With gyms re-opening on Saturday I’m receiving updates and have been advise by one that Fitness Passport won’t be commencing until further notice and by another that it will be at least 19/6 before recommencing. Very disappointed that there’s been a delay and wondering why and when/if Fitness Passport will return?

I have lost my card. As others have said it is not possible to contact you by phone. I sent an inquiry but it does not seem to have gone. How can I get another card, so that when lockdown is over, and gyms reopen I can use the membership I am paying for?

I sent you an email at 9:50 PM on Sunday 24 May because I don't have the membership number.The subject is Lost card, request replacement. It contains my name, address, employer, DOB and phone number. Thank you in anticipation

I currently have a fitness passport for myself and my partner but the gym I want to attend is saying that I need to upgrade my membership package to a standard/ Ultra package or whatever but I don’t have that option on my account & I have asked 5 times & not once have I gotten an actual answer from anyone.
If I cannot upgrade my membership then I have no choice but to cancel it.
