Fitness Passport is a corporate program so the available facilities are based around where the primary member is employed. Unfortunately, if you are the primary member and your daughter is no longer living with you, she will no longer be eligible for the program. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can discuss the best options for you!

Unfortunately, when you leave your eligible employer you will no longer be eligible for Fitness Passport. Could you please send us an email through to [email protected] so we can begin the cancellation process?

When you leave your place of employment, you do need to notify us and return your cards in order for us to process the cancellation. If you have not yet done this, unfortunately we probably won't be able to provide a refund, however please get in touch with us so we can look into it for you.
