Can you please clarify if I can use my Fitness Passport card at Fitness First in Dee Why, Sydney?
When I went to this gym, the staff member said my membership wasn't valid there, yet I have other friends who can and have been attending Fitness First gyms without an issue using their Fitness Passport accounts. I know Fitness First has been affiliated with Fitness Passport in the past, this is why I signed up. If this has since changed, there has been no obvious announcements about this and I feel extremely frustrated that these potential changes haven't been made clear to new members.
So if someone could get back to me with further information, it would be greatly appreciated.

My husband is a government employee of NSW Department of Planning, Industry, and Environment - . He told me to look into this as he think hes is eligible but I am not a governmen temployee and have zero idea what his company name would be or no access to find out about it and google searching for over an hour and reading all the help on fitness passport has provided zero help. Is he even eligible?!I ended up signing up my daughter and I on separate gym memberships as this is all too hard and we just wanted to get into the gym! Please can you advise if he is eligible before I waste more of my life on this? Thanks so much

My information is Anytime Fitness is not part of Fitness passport no matter who your employer is.

I would look at what gyms are covered on your FP membership, I found no anytime fitness gyms where a part of my membership, however there where multiple other gyms that had way better facilities and offered fitness classes that anytime fitness didn't. Just look at what's on the list and go check the gyms out before you make your decision. Hope that helps.

That’s my question too. My friend has fitness passport and fitness first is our local gym yet I was told I can’t go. That’s the most stupid scenarios. It’s either fitness passport for all or none. Call it another name because it’s misleading.

Thanks for getting in touch. Not at this stage! However once a year we ask our members to vote on which facilities they would like to see on our program, and the list of available gyms is largely dictated by these votes (and willingness of the gym to participate).

Hi there, I'm a department of education NSW employee. I'm looking into fitness passport. I currently work in the Newcastle region however, I do travel up to the northern rivers, Lismore and surrounding areas. If I sign up for the $14.95 Fitness Passport plan - Hunter Region, can I use it at other gyms within the state while travelling? I've noticed other reviewers have asked similar questions but the answers have been: "We will send you a private message" which is frustrating if one is trying to see transparency in this answer. Could you post the answer here publicly, for the benefit of myself and others looking to answer the same question?

To answer your question, yes - you will have access to the full list of gyms on your employer's program which, in your case, does include the North Coast region and other NSW areas.

If you are currently a Fitness Passport member, you can log into our website with your member number and on the left hand side there is a "View Available Gyms" tab which will give you a list of gyms on your program.
If you aren't a member yet, then please send us an email to [email protected] with your employer and workplace location and we will send you all the info you will need!

I am on a contract with my employer that will last for another 7 months. If I do not get another contract with that employer after that and therefore need to cancel my FP membership within 1 year will I be charged a fee?
