The best and most friendly staff

They contacted me to rebook and were very friendly and accommodating. The person who sprayed our place (Tal P) was great to chat to, and did a great job. Very thorough. Wouldn’t go through anyone else, highly recommend.

Was booked in the next day (day before lock down). The lady was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to me and made sure she placed in all possible spots. Issue was resolved quickly. Great job.

Ripped me off

Flick Anticimex in WA ripped me off. A long series of problems. They didn't do all the inspections I paid them to do. Communication with these guys is shocking.



Don't bother getting back to me because I'm over trying to sort problems with this company. Extremely incompetent. I will cut my losses and switch to another company hoping it will be better. Can't be much worse than this mob can it?

Sales versus service

Being with Flick for 2 years. Sales promised us "No infestation" warranty. They told if you spot any bugs during the warranty period, send us a photo and we will fix it for you FREE.
But when i found on in 3 months of post pest control, they recommend trying another service, of course pay the cost again. Not sure if Sales were blinders or services are greedy.

Great service. Very friendly and quick. I had spiders and bugs throughout the house after the new build. They have not returned since. Just know that you cannot mop the floors for a week after the spray.

Paul B. was our technician today. We generally get a different chap each year. Paul was polite, on time, respectful (left his hat & shoes outside) and the most thorough technician we’ve ever had in our home. Paul carried a cloth with him & made sure he left no mess or drip of chemical anywhere. I have never had any problem with any Flick technician but Paul was definitely Gold Class. Many thanks !

The service technician performed an excellent job on the issue of spiking our areas where the birds were nesting.
Had a minor issue of them accessing an area after the installation & they were around within the hour to secure the area they were still accessing.
Highly recommend them & the price was more than competitive.

We started with Flick a few years ago due to active termites in our house causing significant damage to wooden door trims, skirting boards etc. Since we started a regular monitoring and baiting program we have had no further activity inside. We have had our house sprayed for cockroaches, ants and spiders by this company for many years. When ever we have a problem they are quick to respond and respray if necessary. Mr Murphy has been very helpful and approachable when ever he comes to do our spray.

Does flick provide a warranty for pest control services that outlines what it includes? I can't find anything on the website.

Hi Pedro, yes, we do provide a warranty for the services we provide, but those warranties are specific to each service that we do. Certain branches may offer different lengths of warranty based on your preference.

So does that mean that if you send branch A out, they may offer a 12 month warranty & if you send branch B out, they may offer a different warranty period?. I understand that each service is different, but it would be nice to know what the warranty covers and how long it is before you buy considering how much we are reassured by advertising 'we have warranty'. There's no use of buying a product that has a warranty if you don't know what it covers.

Not exactly. It is usually determined by the customers needs or preferences. Most of our customers choose to go with a one year warranty on our services. But, we do cater to those that want shorter or longer periods based on their needs.

How much worse can their Brisbane service get? Multiple instances of duplicate charging, e.g. both the managing real estate office and the owner being billed for the same visit & charging additionally on-site for the initial timber pest inspection visit under a prevention program when the initial visit's cost is a component of the 12 month charge. Granted mistakes can be made - it is how they are addressed that counts. Like how many weeks/months should it take for the incorrectly charged amount to be re-deposited. Still waiting, can' say yet. Most businesses would credit you back the amount on your credit card, virtually immediately. No! not Flick - it's not their procedure.
