New surveys warning!

DON'T be tempted to try the new surveys Flybuys is offering. They offer you lots of points to participate in surveys but all they do is ask you lots of personal questions and then tell you that you aren't a match for the survey. I've tried to complete many surveys but never had any points.It's just a misleading way of collecting personal information.

Bad customer service, no feedback

I have been tapping the card since 2012 at Coles and Kmart with every shopping. Only to find out that my account has been closed without my knowledge and yet everytime I go shopping I swipe the card and machine reads it “your Flybuys card has been accepted” but for some reason I cannot log in my account. I called the customer service and just said that my account was closed since 2016 (I did not know that, no email or sms notification received even in junk mail nothing). It’s disappointing because customer service did not even helped anything at all. All this time we were fooled tapping the card for years and nothing is accrued. Waste of time. This is not a good system also why the heck isn’t there any feedback to send them to.

I’ve been scanning my flybuys card for 5-6 years now And it always states “your card has been accepted” but never seemed to accrue any points, that’s because they cancelled it and didn’t bother to tell me. When I called to ask why I was unable to login the service was rude and unprofessional with very little explanation offered, they don’t even have a place to leave feedback. I will be doing my grocery shopping at Woolworths from now on, if you’ve had your card for a while check it because you’re probably getting messed around too.

I scanned flybuy every time I buy something and today I noticed that my card was cancelled 6 years ago -when I was overseas for more than one year. I got 0 points now. Time to switch to Woolworth

Flybuys glasses giveaway is a rort

I have been into Coles at least six times looking for these glasses, the ones without a stem as I don't drink alcohol, and there have never been any available. I have asked the staff several times about them but they could not help me. Yet both stemmed and stemless glasses are shown in this offer. If Coles makes these offers they need to have the product available to fulfill them.

Once again I feel us the public are being rorted by Coles and FLYBUYs. Stocked up on Pantry to achieve enough credits only to be told by several different stores they are out of stock. Again not supplying the products they are advertising. Ready to shift grocery shopping to ALDI for everything the rorts Fly buys offers only for product never to be in Coles. Over it.

I redeemed my points 4 weeks ago and am yet to receive my reward, I called to ask someone of the where about a and got horrible customer service. She was rude and couldn’t give a bugger about what I had to say. Am still yet to Receive my reward but they have taken my money and points.

After not using my flybuys account for 13 months . Due to beeingout of the country.
Flybuys decided to cancel my account and I lost all the points I spent years building up .
This as theyclaimis irreversible. I WILL NEVER USE FLYBUYS AGAIN .

I somehow was given someone elses' flybuys card at Coles. It seems I have been using it since July 2022 and only realising today when I turned it over to get the phone number and saw it was in someone elses' name. I would have accumulated a lot of points but Flybuys on contacting them say they can't do anything about it. I have the name and card number of the person who owns the card. They refuse to contact that person and see if they can get my points back for me. Everytime your card goes out of your hands check that it is your card being handed back to you. Pat

Tried to claim same missing points gave the bank statements but not good enough, was told by a supervisor, (sam? i think) Need a proper receipt,Bank statement is not proof, dint offer any other advice. rang Coles and were quite happy to send me the receipt was told that i should have been informed by the flybuys people that i could do this.

My card was cancelled without any notification 18 months ago. For the last 18months everytime I have used my card it says my flybuys card has been accepted. I called them to find out how to access my points, to be told that my account was cancelled and I have no points and no way of retrieving any of them. I have to get a new card and account. The lady on the phone was rude and offered no solution to my issues.

The flybuys card was still being accepted by Coles each time I did my shopping and even on at least one occasion was told that there were points to be retrieved but when I recently decided to use the glassware points as the promo is closing soon, told that my card had expired back in 2013. I informed flybuys when I contacted them that the card has been accepted readily each and every time I when shopping
Flybuys is a scam and is only to gather info on you and your shopping habits and bombarded you with junk mail and sell your detail to their parties for no benefit

Call up to just find out about some simple questions about how to use the actual card and was talking to a sound like an indian or pakistani man he was very un professional and rude and before i was gonna even say thank you he hang up on me. If i ever meet this guy in person you need a bucket for yourself.

just be aware if you collect FLYBUY points through the Coles Group .
you dont always get points they offer as bonus point, they rolip tou off so its not worth having the card, so if you are trying to save, FLYBUY customer service is bad.

I went online to redeem flybuys on the 22nd October 2022. I am still waiting for my product. Not a big item, just a cook book. I did phone the flybuy centre on 19th Dec who said they would inform the correct department?? Still nothing!! Not even an email.

Very simple to use and a lot of flybuy dollars redeemed! I have the mobile app which makes using my flybuys very simple. My family has saved hundreds of dollars yearly.

Watchout for glassware and other point collection

Had 3 issues with glassware where points not deducted and charged full price for glasses and some with percentage discount (not free)...1 issue with little shopper folder was charged .20c not free as advertised, I didn't follow this one up as minimal but glasses at $30 a pack I will be taking this further!! I don't often check my receipts and or point systems but I will be from now on!!! Shouldn't have to tho!!!
They haven't responded to my Facebook message sent to them 6 days ago and have NO email address on their web site and believe they are hard to get on the phone IF the correct number!!!

Been a member about 4 years. Havnt had any offers on my app for 6 weeks now, says no current or expired offers. Ive phoned customer service twice, both times told security is updating, give it a week and if it is still the same, phone back! Anyone else have no offers, and have you found resolution?
