We selected Freedom to do our bathroom renovation because we were impressed by the sincerity of the staff (particularly the supervisor - Ben) and the professionalism of their quotation and advice. The work came in under budget and ahead of time. The quality of work was excellent, the tradespeople were always on time, helpful and cheerful. We recommend Freedom unreservedly and would use them again. Work was undertaken in Feb 2017.

We had three bathrooms renovated over Jun-July 2016.This included one which had to be modified for a wheelchair user.Our project was quoted and supervised by Jim Thernberg.We had good advice re layout andl positioning of rollin shower appropriate falls in the floor and installation of a bidet.
The good thing was that when unexpected problems occurred (rotting timbers behind a tiled wall, damaged electrical conduit in concrete slab these were all fixed at no extra cost .
All our tradesmen were courteous and competent.
We purchased all our fittings and tiles via the Freedom Bathrooms shop at Springwood so the whole process was any easy one.
I would thoroughly recommend Freedom Bathrooms to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with my bathroom renovation!

Everything went smoothly and the workmanship is excellent, providing an overall immaculate finish. The job involved converting an odd shaped long (rotten) bathroom into a bathroom/laundry. I also needed plastering and cornice work done, which they fit within the job time frame. I appreciated that they were flexible with what I wanted as I provided my own vanity, tiles and light fittings.

Overall I am extremely happy with the end result and am happy to recommend them as quality bathroom renovators. I will be contacting them for my next renovation.

Mike came out to look over our bathroom project to give us some ideas on what we could do. We were impressed with his professionalism and he clearly had a good understanding of the opportunities and potential of our old bathroom to be improved. He discussed some floorplan options with us, which sounded appealing. The next business day we received a quote, and currently we're in the process of finalising the agreement. Wouldn't normally leave a review at this stage... but was so impressed with Mike's approach that I was happy to.

Just got a bathroom done by freedom, couldn't be any more happier. Work was great, excellent tiling. All very nice trade people. Jim and the team made it very easy no stress.

Why dose it take seven weeks to complete a bathroom renovation. The longest time frame our company takes is 14 days, and that is with replacing the concrete floor.

This is our second house Jim and the team at Freedom Bathrooms has done for us. We had a major house extension completed and both bathrooms fully renovated. We were kept in the loop with all the hurdles that come with this type of work, the staff were courteous and respectful while in our home. We highly recommend Freedom for any work you are considering having done. We sourced some of our own products we particularly wanted and Freedom also arranged the custom shower screens and vanity design on our behalf.

Initial service was great, couldn't have been more impressed, then they started and it went all pair shape from there. Tradies did not turn up when they said they would. The workmanship was poor and not at a high standard. Bathroom end date came and went and no apology or communications want so ever. Would not recommend them at all.

Very pleased with Upstairs Bathroom renovation process and final outcome. Jim and the team did thyeir utmost to keep me informed along the way and their suggestions to improve my layout was great. Now planning my Laundry renovation and would not consider anyone else to do it.

Extremely disappointed with this company - when we unpacked the shower cubicle boxes the taps were missing and we were told we should have been more careful when the product was delivered! They refused to replace them. One of the panels was warped and had to be replaced, we were told we should have been more careful.One of their "recommended" tradesmen who came around to quote for the installation refused to supply a written quote and claimed he was "doing us a deal" so why did we want a written quote. Nothing but trouble do not go near them!

I couldn't be more disappointed with their work. For the expensive bathroom I have a bathroom that has a floor covered in water every time I have a shower. Have been out once to try to fix it and it still leaks. Still waiting!!
Do not use this company - you will be sorry if you do.
